Room wasnt ready at 6.30pm, was given the key to find the room was left in the same condition as when the other guest left, waited another 40minutes and no compensation offered

Beautifully presented room, very clean. Couldn't open windows and strangely no mirror in bedroom only over sink in bathroom. Didn't have breakfast but made use of the tea and coffee making facilities.

Needed for nothing, comprehensive breakfast, pleasant stay with a good host. Evesham is a nice town to stay and the hotel was fronted by a park and the river Avon

Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds are small. Mattresses have seen better days as springs and wire frames sticking into you all night. There noises they make its like trying to sleep inside Big Ben Bell tower. Small breakfasts. Great location though

Friendly, helpful staff. Room and bathroom spotless but a bit basic (eg no bath mat, had to ask for hair dryer). Room very cold first thing.

Booked economy room which was very basic, hot and furniture needs changing. Bottom of the beds were water damaged badly. I wouldn't stay here again although the receptionist was lovely, chatty and well informed.

Impressive building, super receptionist, who was extremely helpful. Had a super, very clean room overlooking the river and was a glorious Easter weekend. The room was large with a lovely big firm bed and nice pillows. TV, kettle, extra heaters and fan(if you needed them). Double glazed windows and super shower with plenty of lovely hot water. Nice to sit looking at the river in the late afternoon too. On the outskirt of the town so reasonably quiet but easily within walking distance of the town. Will book again for later in the year now we know it is here 😀

Property very run down. Definitely soon if the rooms were occupied by permanent residents, not visitors to the town

Carpet could do with replacing ,a large mirror would be good .otherwise very good and close to town centre.

A delightful place. The staff are friendly and helpful and the bedroom was comfortable. The public rooms are tastefully decorated and well-furnished. There is an overall feeling of guests being welcome and care being taken to make their stay pleasant. Highly recommended.

Very dirty and in poor condition. Moldy shower. Generally poor condition hotel. Lady on the front desk was brilliant.

Good location for the town, and car parking available. I think the staff should be more professional when speaking to guests. Room was ok, bed comfotable, no wardrobe but 2 hooks and 1 hanger was provided on the side of a tall cabinet ! Shame they're not serving evening meals. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have it.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times due to its location near Evesham town centre, making it very easy to meet up with the family who still live locally and not rely on a car. It was a very pleasing surprise to get an upgrade to the bridal suite which took up a third of a floor. We greatly enjoyed the space, but were a bit puzzled about the lack of frosted glass in the bathroom. As usual the breakfast was very enjoyable, with any hot food being cooked to order. We will be staying here again.

Hotel is a ghost town wasn't serving food no amenities but rooms nice. 4 min walk to town and great curry house 1 min walk which was really good BYOB

Room was slightly cold (old windows), but this was quickly addressed. Helpful staff!
