Very convenient, everything close by, river at to the city and back is a great way to commute

Nice clean property

While the experience at the airport was a mess due to our emergency landing. The staff at the hotel were so kind, so empathetic. I work in in industry and they immediately made me feel calm and welcome as I was not supposed to be here. I reallyyyy love this hotel. What an amazing experience and happy accident. Pmease givr my regard to the ladies that work in the afternoon. Absolute gems. Would love to take this service levels back to our hotels in Vegas. God bless abd thank you

Great place great location and a very sound area in and around

Lovely well equipped apartment, and the front staff were very friendly. Just outside the hotel there are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, plus a 24 hour cafe! It is close to a ferry terminal for the service that runs along the river. However, as it is the last bit 1 stop, the journey to the centre of Brisbane takes 1 hour (very enjoyable though). Just consider this when thinking about location as it eats into your day. I wasn’t aware that we were so far out of the centre ( which I appreciate is my fault for not looking into it more thoroughly).

Stayed at this property 1 night pre cruise. What a fabulous place. Bed was very comfortable. Cafe downstairs was 24 hour and beautiful food. Close to ferry wharf to get into Brisbane CBD. Wanted to stay longer. Found my pre cruise accommodation for Brisbane for the future. Staff were lovely. Supermarket nearby & very walkable area.

Great location. Modern and clean. Loved the access to laundry cleaning in our apartment

We had a 2-bedroom unit. Was clean, tidy and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities. Plenty of options for eating right outside the hotel with restaurants and supermarkets. In a safe and quiet area. Parking is $15 a night wifi is free. The food markets are a 5-10min walk.

Overpriced, charged extra for bedding, pillows too soft we had sore necks, bikies were outside and noisy.

Great location, exceptional service from staff, particularly Holly whose communication and assistance was second to none. Would definitely return.
