Room very clean would definatly stay again

Room was neglected. Whoever cleaned the room left someones shirt in the bed.

It’s in a quite dodgy area and building. To get to the reception you have to walk through a pub (reception desk is in the same room). The rooms are nice and very modern but the hallways smell like tobacco and weed.

Staff were courteous and helpful.

This place is at the top of a derelict business center. I don't know how it has the decent review it has. Avoid.

Decent place to be based for a weekend visiting a music festival at the BEC. 10 mins away by taxi. Breakfast was pretty decent for a relatively budget hotel. Good quality incredients and a decent selection. There was a bar onsite to chill out for a bit waiting for our room to be ready (as we were early), or before heading out. The room was a good size and had aircon/heating which worked well. Properly clearly a bit dated, shower was a bit leaky when on the holder, although great water pressure! A toilet brush would be a good idea, just in case :-/ Staff were super friendly and overall it was a decent place for a base. Train and bus station was close by, although didn't use them. Room was clean but basic did the job for two nights Parking was very cheap check in was horrendous had loads of id but no picture id wasn’t going to let us check even though we where paying at the hotel no need for all this messing about

I paid £37 for a single room for one night. Arrived and was greeted by a lovely receptionist, check-in was easy, and directed to my room. They had bumped me up to a double room, which I really appreciated. The room was huge, simple, and clean. I’m absolutely blown away by the low price vs the quality of the room. Next time I stay in Manchester, most likely with my family, I’ll be staying here.

Room was basic nothing special. No bed side table. Overall pleasant experience and staff were nice. Drinks in the slightly more pricey side.

Excellent value for money, large room, good bathroom and quiet internal hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great for people travelling for work who need a place to go back to.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 6/7 times now and never been disappointed but this time i had breakfast twice and omg it was excellent food was hot great taste plenty to choose from room was clean tidy and comfortable will be staying again soon. Great value for money

You can't tell from the area, let alone the building. But this is actually a pretty nice hotel. Rooms are relatively new, the bed okay, great bathroom. Everything clean.

Firstly, the staff were very pleasant, no complaints there at all. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Bed was fine for a night and the bedding was clean but basic. The main bathroom features were clean and the shower was decent, but there was a lot of tile mildew in the shower area and the door was splattered with what looked like old toothpaste stains - it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Again the main areas of the room were clean but some of the walls were very grubby and stained which was unpleasant. The view from our 12th floor room was really great. I paid way more than the room was worth though it was still way cheaper than anywhere else. I imagine if I'd booked earlier and it wasn't a Saturday night, it would have been cheaper. If you can get a room at a cheap price, it's honestly fine for a couple of nights. I'd stay here again at a push if I couldn't find anywhere better.
