I like mostly everything, the only thing that I did not like was that the windows in my bedroom make lots of noise almost every day and night because it was windy and the windows were old.

What I didn't like, was that the music from next door Hotel Breathless was to loud. I can heard inside of the room. Plus the beach wasn't clean.

Is a new and safe place to spend some nights there. Good service , all staff are very helpful and easy going.

Everyone was super helpful and kind. The staff gave great tips on where to go. The rooms were also very clean and well equipped. Great stay overall!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was good too. The ocean view was great and the hotel had good activities for kids at their kids club.

The Food at La Palapa was consistent, tasty, The staff was amazing and friendly. The place Made us feel safe while enjoying Mexico. The room was in great condition and overall it was a great offering.

The resort was so clean, the beach was amazing even during sargassum season, the ocean, calmer than the other side of Cancun, the staff was awesome, and food and drink options were amazing! Activities available and kids club were awesome! Definitely a hidden gem we will be sure to be back.

Everyone was very friendly and the place was quiet ,not over crowded at all and very clean. The food was not as authentic but okay .

Honestly this is the best resort we have been to in Cancun and we have visited about 8 resorts so far. Super friendly staff!!! Very laid back, incredibly clean resort! The food is the best!!

The staff, no matter what area of the hotel was AWESOME! Very friendly and the best service that you can get. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

It has a nice beach area. Well maintained facility. I did not like at alll that the so called “Concierge” was incessantly trying to get us to go a timeshare presentation. Like is the first they do when you get to the hotel. This is the only hotel I have stayed that they give you this talk, is not voluntary, they just get you and start taking and taking and pushing and pushing. Also we left several items in the room and they only returned 1 item to the lost and found. So that was kind of shady that the cleaning staff kept the rest automatically. I will not return. Cancún is extremely expensive. I do not recommend, staff wants tips for every single thing. Same if you do any other activity. Not worth it. Oh and please stay away from the markets, they will scam you any way they can.

Travelled with family. The Resort was very clean, friendly staff and the all meals and drinks were good.
