The room was small but at least you have all the amenities you’d want in a hotel room. They also provided a weighing scale so it helps to prep your luggage before going to the airport. Just a 5 mins walk to the masjid and it’s a one straight direction too.

The hotel is very comfortable and the facilities are very attractive, there are rooms for families which are very spacious and extraordinary.

The location is not far from the Prophet's Mosque, the hotel is clean, we have stayed at this hotel twice, next time we go to Medina we will stay here again

The receptionist and HK were very friendly. The location is on the main road, making it very efficient to use a taxi. There's a rear door for easy access to the mosque.

Really dissapointed with this hotel, bad service, bad room, bad key/access to the room, its not 4/5 star hotel, but 1 star hotel. Will never stay here again. Highly not recommended.

Staf hotel-nya ramah, cek in-nya juga cepat, kamar-nya bersih luas, setiap hari dibersihkan, makanannya lumayan enak… Oke deh.

Room cleaning everyday. Water etc can get everyday. Wifi so fast.

Room so clean. Lift enough for all guests. Near Nabawi, just 5 menit walking.

Receptionist was very helpful. We were allowed to check in early, and they upgraded us to 5 bedrooms instead of 3 bedrooms.
