I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience was made exceptional thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Special mention goes to Barbara at the reception desk. She was incredibly helpful during our check-in, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. Overall, the staff at this hotel made our stay memorable with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff.

Short star in Angers, very friendly and helpful hotel reception and very friendly city as well. The hotel is well located, right in the center of the city.

We reserved a room with a terrace, which was wonderful. It overlooked the plaza so it was fun to people watch from our very large terrace. It was quiet at night so no problem with noise. The tram stopped right in front of the hotel which was very convenient.

Outstanding hotel. Hotel was recommended by friends who had stayed there a number of times. I booked a room with terrace overlooking square. Welcoming, attentive and very professional staff who went out of their way to make even the smallest aspect of my stay so enjoyable. One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure to stay.

It was an excellent stay. One night in a double standard room. We had breakfast which was very good. We found the lighting in the room a little dim but the bathroom lighting was excellent.

Excellent location, friendly kind staff. The room was ok. The bed was decent, but nothing special. Only 2 pillows for 2 people. The stairs up to our room were extremely narrow.

Great location right in the center, but without noise issues. Our room overlooked Place du Ralliement. Good cafes right outside. Staff was very helpful with out bikes as well.

Some of the friendliest and most accommodating hotel staff we've met. The hotel is on the main square but was still quiet. Lots of dining/shopping options. They looked after our touring bicycles during our stay.

Stayed 1 night with my family of 4 at this hotel, located in the corner of a very lively plaza, surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and clothing stores. No need to drive in this city because everything is walking distance. Just bear in mind the city has hills, so you’ll find yourself walking uphill or downhill with every turn you take. Pros: - 10 minute walk from train station; - 10 minute walk from the castle d’Angers; - 5-10 minute walk to the nearest little market that is open past 8pm; - Family room is spacious, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is huge. - Breakfast is only around 11euro (we unfortunately did not wake up on time to partake in breakfast). But after looking around for cheaper breakfast options, we couldn’t find anything unless you’re interested in some baked goods or crepes; - The room has AC!! This is luxury in Europe. - Free baggage storage during the day after 11am check-out. Shoutout to the staff working at this hotel - they are all amazing. Having travelled the world, I can say with certainty that I was completely amazed with the excellent customer service and kindness from staff at the front desk. Customer service is multilingual, welcoming and top notch quallity. The only minor con during our stay was not being able to find the patio the hotel advertises. But simply asking the front desk would have fixed this. I highly recommend this place to all locals and travellers! Cheers from Canada!

Small, nice hotel with a great location in the heart of Angers. Staff was very friendly and rooms clean. Could use an update; such as adding A/C in the rooms. Nights could be a bit unpleasant with the warm air and thin walls. All in all, good value for money.

Wonderful location. Staff is like family-so friendly. Nice rooms. Great breakfast and nice evening bar/lounge. I will stay here again! Thanks Nathalie at front office! So warm and kind!
