Everything was excellent except the next morning both elevators were “Out of Order”. I had to drag my luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

the staff know me by my first name, it does give a little family touch, very much appreciated

We only stayed at this property one night. The room looked dated and was missing toiletries when we arrived. We also needed to use the sofabed and when we opened it up, it was full of crumbs and dirty. It was missing linens and we heed

The room was dirty...blood stained on the pillow case, wet towel on the counter...

Beautiful property and super nice room!

The bathtub was dirty and found hair. We also found foreign hair in the bed. On top of that it was noisy outside the room and walls did not protect us from it. Very disappointing for a Radisson. I would have expected more for that price.

Everything was great

I've stayed here a few times and it's very convenient because it's off the highway and has an entertainment center next to it. Classy, comfortable, and convenient

Our room was one of the three rooms on ground floor facing the parking lot. Not pleasant at all. Towels and other amenities (soap, shampoo, body wash) always missing. The service and food at the restaurant could be improved.

The hotel was great. We stayed one night and we were really satisfied, so we decided to stay one more night on the way back from travel. 10 min from Fredericton downtown, and this was one of the best hotel we stayed for the trip ◡̈ Thank you !!

The views and tranquility of Kingswood is immaculate , that's about it. The Hotel surrounding looks nice and fairly okay, But the cleanliness of the sheets,the were stain on the sheets and they were unwashed, bathroom had mould and stains in the sink, the curtains had stains, general room, made it an unpleasant stay. Plus was made to pay the total upfront, which was weird considering they had my credit card details and had also block money for damages. When I finally got to notice all of the above, I them realized, Why. Even had another customer come complain about something being left in their room drawer, which obviously wasn't cleaned properly

Friendly, fast and efficient check-in. The room is a good size and very clean as is the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable.

It’s a very nice hotel,we will be back,looking forward to the buffet tomorrow morning before we go play 18 holes next door, very excited to play the course
