Great hotel. A little hard to find from airport. Call for shuttle. Bed was very firm.

So easy to pop over from the airport. Great room, nice and clean with great A/C! Helpful and accommodating staff!

Convenience, and choice of restaurants.

Expensive but worth it if you are staying a single night. It's a good option when you have nearly a day/night between flights. The rooms are very clean and look like they were recently renovated, or maybe the place has been well maintained. Either way, it's top notch room quality and a great property even though it's small. This is after all just an airport hotel, a very nice one. The only inconvenience is that you must take a shuttle bus to the hotel if you have checked baggage, as you need to leave the secure area. It's not possible to walk to the hotel from outside the airport. Although the MSP airport has an entrance to the hotel within the terminal, it's only accessible while you are in the secure area. What I find mind boggling is that you end up leaving the secure area anyway by entering the hotel no matter what. So I don't understand why they don't have a way to enter without having to take a shuttle. It's very odd. Even worse is you have to call for a shuttle. I'd expect the shuttle to make routine stops all day/night given the fact I mentioned earlier. This is certainly an area for improvement. They should make it easier for people with checked luggage to get to the place.

I missed a connecting flight due to delays and found myself stuck in Minneapolis. Thankfully this hotel was connected to the airport, has two onsite restaurants, provides TSA security check (with carryon only) and had availability. Despite being "stranded," I was able to enjoy some great food and drinks at the onsite restaurant with awesome servers. I had a comfortable night of sleep in a clean, modern room. And my early morning walk to my gate took about 5 mins after being the only person in the TSA line from the hotel! I will definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again!

It was great that it has TSA on the third floor so it is very convenient.

Rooms are nice. Breakfast was very good.

Beautiful, spacious room. Very comforting bed. Great shower, large vanity. Friendly bartender at restaurant. Great food.

One of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at. Extremely convenient. Love that they have their own TSA screening area.

Everything was wonderful! Extremely helpful staff. Quiet. Pleasant room. Lovely bath products. Amazingly easy indoor access to the airport; in my case, just 4 minutes by foot and tram from my arrival gate to the hotel. Just as easy back to the airport on departure, thanks to direct access in the mornings to a TSA checkpoint. I’ll be back whenever I have an overnight stop at MSP.

Perfect location for an early morning flight.

Convenient hotel, nice to stay before our flight the next day. Great shuttle service to and from airport to hotel - even though it could be walkable. Shuttle service and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee stand staff indifferent, not helpful. Dining options in hotel - two restaurants with separate menus but you can eat in either space - that was unclear. Service was spotty but fine. Food left much to be desired - stick with the basic options like a burger or something fried. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 8am though - wasn’t pleased about that. Typically when you are departing that day our experience has been housekeeping does not bother you until after checkout since they know you’re leaving.
