The staff was really amazing.Specifically 岸本さん。Breakfast was excellent.

The property is very well located. Close to the train and bus stations. Their breakfast spread is quite nice. So is their public bath -- a nice place to unwind in the evening. The rooms are a bit small, but the staff is friendly and service is decent

Clean and at a good location with eateries nearby. Walking distance to Anan Station.

Tiny stuffy room. No air condition control. Only heat can be turn on or off. Can’t just do ventilation. As a result, the room so stuffy and worse in such a tiny room. Don’t stay here. The town is dead quiet and you’ll have to drive 30mins+ for restaurants and malls. So simply stay in Tokushima for similar price. The staff are friendly and nice. It’s just sad that their rooms are not to the standard. The so called twin room with two beds and actually originally for one bed only. Too small even in Japan standard. Stay away from this hotel.

A plus hotel. Super clean and helful staff. Free parking. Laundry service on premises.

Comfortable lodging in a small town. Great traditional Japanese breakfast. Hot community bath was a real plus.

朝食のメニュー豊富で

2人でダブルルーム禁煙の部屋に泊まりました。 ユニットバスの段差は少し気になりましたが、他は良かったです。部屋も清潔だったし、ホテルの方も、午前12時頃に到着したにもかかわらず、とても良い雰囲気で丁寧に対応して下さいました。感謝でした。

アルコールの自販機、4階にあると説明を聞いたが どこにあるかわからなかったので 近くのコンビニへ買いに行った。

とてもお安く泊まることができました。 必要十分で、これ以上求める事はないです。 ありがとうございました。

前泊お客様の飲み残しドリンクが冷蔵庫に入ったままで、室内の清掃、確認に不安

ベットがとても寝やすく、熟睡できました。

駅から近かったので便利でした。

大浴場はサウナもあって広い

隣の部屋の話こえが、響く。 職員の方の対応は、丁寧で親切でした。

お部屋の便座が暖かいと良かったと思います、

ホテルの方が親切でした　近くの居酒屋でぼったくられたぐらい笑
