When we booked the apartment we tried to book the shuttle. After initial dialogue asking for the required information the staff at the apartment went quiet and would not reply to neither my emails or WhatsApp. I sent twelve messages trying to set up the bus service and they didn’t reply despite saying they would at the initial booking. This meant we arrived in Hungary and had to make our own way to the Appartment. The apartment staff then decided to get in touch and were rude except for Suzy who we found was great. The location of the apartment was good and the apartment itself was in good condition apart from the air con not working. Our main grievance comes from the lack of communication from the staff which left us anxious in the build up to the trip. With so many apartments in Budapest available I don’t think I would book with this company again and would try someone else who’s easier to contact.

I travel for a living as cabin crew for an airline so I know my stuff. Great apartment, perfect location, excellent and friendly service from Thomas and Suzy. I felt so welcomed and at home in the apartment. I will certainly be back for another visit to Budapest and most definitely will be staying here again. Thank you.

Lovely apartment close to the main road, lots of places to go out and sights :) Cooking stuff is a little rudimentary and crockery and cutlery is missing pieces but you can manage!

Ligger yderst central.

Bra storlek på lägenheten för fyra personer. Köket var lite snålt med köksverktyg, hade varit bra med stekspade osv. Men vi klarade oss ändå. Hotellet bör nog kolla lampor, eluttag osv oftare då flera lampor blinkade och ett eluttag hängde löst (i duschrummet, kändes inte speciellt säkert). Men rummen var jättebra, servicen var också bra och personalen svarade snabbt på sms. Lägenheten låg väldigt centralt också, ett riktigt plus för det billiga priset.
