Nice, clean little apartment, very close to Nakazakicho station, just 1 station away from Higashi-umeda/JR Osaka sta. We are group of 5 adults and 2 children and they accommodated us very well. There was small pantry with full utensils to make our own food. Shops/restaurants scattered about and also convenience store nearby. Staff were all kind and helpful and speak English well. They gave us clear direction and information about how to get to the aptmt and how to check-in. We really have no complaints about this place, except for the hot/cold water in the shower that are not stabil so we need to adjust regularly.
