We wanted a base in Puerto Iguazu and this ticked all the boxes. Easy to get taxis from the front of the hotel. The hotel rooms and bathrooms were very spacious.

The property is much more dated than the pictures represent. I found this to be the case in most hotels in Argentina. Not as well maintained as I thought when booking the room. Overall it was fine and the room was clean but I did feel the pictures are a misrepresentation.

Staff very helpful, breakfast good. We dined in and were very pleased. Plenty of space in hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was extremely comfortable! Overall a very good experience.

Excelente Hotel campestre con un servicio admirable por parte de sus empleados, siempre están dispuestos a ayudarte en cualquier solicitud que necesites, la habitación es cómoda; sin embargo si esta se encuentra en el sótano sufren de la aparición de animales silvestres ya que están expuestas, de resto el desayuno y el resto de los servicios son excelentes.

El hotel está en un muy buen lugar cerca de restaurantes y del hito de las tres fronteras Tiene buenas instalaciones pero le falta mantenimiento El restaurante tiene un mal servicio tanto en el desayuno como en la cena El Wifi fue muy deficiente

Mejorar la pileta

Quarto limpo, móveis novos, boa localização. Quarto de frente ao rio, o barulho dos aparelhos de ar condicionado incomodaram um pouco, pois as maquinas ficavam na parede Do quarto que ficamos 117 e as luzes das sacanas não apagavam o que não deixava o quarto totalmente escuro. Café da manhã e atendimento bons. A poucas quadras do marco das três fronteiras, próximo a praça que a noite tem feira de artesanato.

Very friendly staff

It was carnival time so we heard the drums into the night, too bad we didn't go see the fun. Restaurant was beautiful and the Gin N Tonic was delicious. Only concern was our lack of language. Staff was very kind to hnot laugh at our attempts in spanush. The resort was somewhat farther than i would have liketo walk downtown.

Outdated resort which needs lot of maintenance. We had a huge mold on the ceiling and very humid air, but it was not possible to change the room. Photos of the resort must be at least 10 years old, because in reality everything looks much more used and older. Restaurant was extremely slow, we ordered food from "minute" list to have it as soon as possible, but we waited 50 minutes (there was only one more table with other people).

The hotel is located in the middle of a jungle reserve, please be aware of this. You are likely to find bugs, and other animals in the surrounding area, so better be prepared. WiFi did not work most of the time, and this was a major downside. The hotel is a bit far from the main town and the from the airport, so be prepared and either rent a car, or have cash for taxis, you will need them. The pool is very nice, however the bar closes early. Dining and breakfast options are limited.

Friendly staff

It was far away from the shopping and restaurants area and the only option was to have dinner at the hotel . Tte rooms were large and beautiful sorrounded by well maintained gardens

We were pleased with the choice of hotel. It is difficult when you’ve not been to a location to select a hotel. We were looking for a place that would be geographically convenient, clean, and sufficiently large to be known in the area. There is a hotel restaurant (a feature we wanted as our arrival was late on the first night). Food was good. This was also the location for the breakfast buffet which was good. We believe we received good value for the room rate.

The hotel is like a resort with pool and tennis courts. The room is spacious and has just been renovated. Wi-Fi in room is spotty. There are stores and a restaurant across the street.

We stayed at Pirayu for 3 nights so that we could visit the Iguazu Falls. It was a very comfortable stay - the room was large with a beautiful view over the garden and river, the bathroom extremely spacious with a fantastic shower. The bed was enormous and we slept well. The grounds are spacious with a good swimming pool, tennis courts, and small football area. There was a great range of choices at breakfast - fruits, juices, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, toast, and cereals, as well as scrambled eggs and a toastie making machine. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main centre and is in a quiet area near the river. I was also really impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionists as well. I would have loved to stay longer.

Room was really good, nice en suite, good shower. Staff friendly and helpful, good English spoken as well. A little out of town, so I ate there in evenings, food was ok, I was happy with it.
