I feel I have stumbled across a hidden gem! What makes The Farm stand out for me is the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, they even rang on my day of arrival to ensure I had all the relevant details needed to enjoy my stay as I was arriving late. It has a real family feel, and breakfast (made by the owners mum) was delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us.

Lovely rural location a few miles from Burscough & Ormskirk
On a working arable farm where there is also a campsite Tea room & small shop with a few B&B rooms. Very quiet overnight. Excellent breakfast & helpful staff

Arrived late, so reception left a bit to be desired, if you don’t want to cart suitcases up stairs then not the best, the room and amenities were good, shower could do with a power boost, delightful breakfast

I had a very good time. There is a lot going on at the farm and plenty to see. I enjoyed walks from the doorstep. I particularly liked my king sized bed and the characterful room. Everyone is super-friendly and breakfast was very generously sized!

Lovely location on a working farm. Friendly, approachable staff, nice room with a big comfortable bed. Room was clean apart from a few cobwebs. The breakfast was excellent with a nice range and dare I say it the local black pudding was tastier than what I'd usually get from Bury! Only niggles were, the shower door was a little small for larger people and no hot water from sink tap. Not much thst can be done for the first issue but we mentioned the hot water and it was sorted very quickly. It's a lovely area and was perfect as a base for trips out to Southport and Ormskirk and just up the road from where we had booked a Canal Cruise, which was the main reason for our visit. It's also not far from both Liverpool and Blackpool and the nearby town of Burscough was pleasant and picturesque. We'd definitely come here again

A nice warm, cosy and comfortable stay. The rooms are spotless and well equipped with Tea, coffee biscuits and drinking water. Breakfast in the tea room was delicious and the staff where excellent. The only slight downside is the noisy floor boards. When anyone walks about in any room you can be waking people up.
This would not stop me from staying again though.

The farm in a lovely location with country walks to start your day.
I was warmly welcomed and shown to my room which was clean and bright with tea and coffee and a nice en suite. The bed was large and very comfortable.
Breakfast was wonderful! They had bought in some gluten free granola especially for me, which I had followed by yogurt and a generous sized omelet Le
I will definitely go back next time I visit the area.

We needed a place to stay for two nights while attending a family anniversary and The Farm was ideal. It was reasonably priced, the room suited what we needed, the breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly.
