Convenient. Clean. Comfortable

for the price you get a shoe box and no windows, I know not the biggest problem but when your claustrophobic its an issue, but the bathroom was lush

Crazy small room. not enough room for 2 + suitcases. Quality is Ok but for the cost ? This would have to be one of the most expensive hotel rooms we have stayed at around the world & the smallest. We travel extensively every summer & sometimes have to overnight at an airport to get an early flight but we would never book again. We would go a bit further out next time & get a regular sized room at one of the closest rstandard chains to the airport. My advice for 2 travellers.

R room entirely not what was described. It was like a casket, and we were very disappointed and immediately checked out. We will be submitting a claim for rebate of our money.

Staff was amenable to wirk with our flight itinerary. Early check-in, early check-out.

It’s an airport hotel with no amenities - you have access to arrivals terminal with coffee shops etc but nothing at the hotel. The rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable

The property is incredibly expensive for what you get. I had a single room for one night at a coat of £180.54 The room was so small they could just fit a bed with no room to walk. No window so very claustrophobic. Worst night sleep EVER. As this hotel is a means to an end for travellers they can afford to charge these rates unchallenged

I have stayed at this property a few times. I just stayed 2 nights ago. We came in early from an all night flight. We went to see if we could leave our bags and check into our room later. There was some mix up and my daughter was totally rude to them. She was cranky and I was embarrassed. The hotel staff was so kind and understanding and even let us in a little early. I was so grateful to them. They were totally professional. I will stay here again. The hotel itself is so convent for morning or late flights. It’s everything you need. 5 stars for the manager and employees!

Okay for an airport stay but way overpriced. I may not return. Staff was excellent.

Easy for next day check in at Virgin Atlantic. Great food options nearby and plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 teens, all with cases!

Great room as always. Makes travelling much easier as it is right on the terminal! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else at Heathrow

Amazing. No AC but fan and windows was enough May.

Absolutely amazing location we walked 2 mins and were at bag drop for transatlantic flight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and great bathroom. Loved the library room. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for overnight on my way to Rhodes Greece. Got in early Saturday morning. Hotel would not hold my bag until it was time to check in. Had to go back to terminal where they hold bags for a fee. Also, no early check in. There was a 30 euro charge to go to room 3 hours earlier. Convenience to terminals for Sunday morning flight was wonderful.
