That incredible moment. The hotel was great, the room, the view, the pool, the food, everything was extraordinary. Also, the rooftop bar. Amazing vibe and view. The staff also very helpful. Not enough just stay 1 night there.

The price is much higher than the ground, but the breakfast buffet has little choice for Vietnamese people. I've stayed at some other resorts in Phu Quoc, the cost is lower, but the buffet has more choices. Service is ok.

- ấn tượng đầu tiên với nhân viên lễ tân thì qua tệ, thái độ với khách (lạc đường thì bảo sao chị bảo biết đường rồi?!) - phòng hơn 100m2 mà trang thiết bị trong phòng hỏng 1 số cái đèn, 1 cái máy sấy, thùng rác không đổ, tivi không mở được youtube chỉ xem được truyền hình bình thường. - không có bản đồ đi trong khu, dễ nhầm lẫn. - biển thì không đẹp (nếu so với biển ở khu khác) - mất chục triệu cảm thấy không đáng.

Awesome experience. The hotel is so beautiful with the Koi fish pool, swimming pools and extremely beautiful beach. In addition, there is a dedicated area for the kids to swim, play and read books. I would recommend this hotel to the families epecially with children.

The room is clean, spacious and comfort. Fabulous swimming pool! We had such a fantastic and relaxing time staying here and would highly recommend to all!
