Hotels.com verified review

This hotel should be avoided at all costs. The management and staff were brutal. Everything is broken and run down. It’s impossible to get help with anything, no one seems to know what they are doing. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

The services are good although the hotel is situated in a different province completely away from Phnom Penh. This can be costly if you intend to go shopping or buy essential goods needed for your stay. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and staff friendly and able to assist whenever needed.

I stayed here 2 nights. Pro: 1) Room is comfortable. 2) The environment is tranquil. 3) Hotel is modern. 4) Gym facilities is great. 5) Altitude of staff at reception is so so. 6) Wi-Fi is strong. Con: 1) Credit card is accepted only spending is more than USD25 at the restaurant. 2) Housekeeping didn't clean my used tea bag. 3) I requested one king bed via email. But hotel forgot to prepare and gave me 2 twin beds. 4) Swimming pool water was a bit salty. 5) Restaurant has many mosquitoes during dinner time.

The place itself is good but there's nothing around it. Constructions going on etc. Luckily hotel had a restaurant and a shop near by, so good place to just relax or work for few days. Bed was very big, very comfortable. Everything worked well. We had a problem with the breakfast, somehow hotel didn't get the information that we were supposed to have a free breakfast. Everyone else had. Hotels.com managed to solve this problem for us very well but we were a bit disappointed by the hotel staff's reactions. There was buffee table in the morning and as we had to pay for the breakfast we just ordered something from the menu. But when we asked if we could take at least tea from the buffee table they answered: "Sure, but you have to pay for it." And there was a lot of it. Just would have been a nice gesture and no extra cost for the hotel, considered that they knew our situation.
