Very close to nearby attractions and restaurants. For a solo female traveler, the property is located in sort of an alley or very short narrow street, which made it a bit uncomfortable coming back at night. You also have to go to another location about 15 minutes away to pick up your access keys, No coffee.

Clean, bright, modern apartment in a great location. Quiet. Good storage, spacious. Did not get the room I booked- the loft. Instead a double on the 2nd floor. Wifi excellent.

A nice, comfortable place to stay in Casablanca.

Rooms were clean and close to the Beach and restaurants/shops. The only issue was to pic up the keys from the main soho hotel and walk down a mile or take an uber/ taxi and get back to the hotel. Just a reminder when you book the room please go to the main soho on Cordoba stop pick up the keys first.

We stayed in a duplex apartment that was very spacious. It’s in a great part of the town near the Picasso museum. The check in at the hotel was easy, and you should note there is about a 10 minute walk to the apartments from the hotel.

First of all, the hotel reception is very far from the place of residence, so any problem that may occur must be gone to the reception, for example, the apartment key did not open the outside door, so we had to go to the reception to activate the key again. The receptionist, whose name is Irina, is very, very bad in her dealings. She is not able to absorb the customer's anger. She must change her behavior because she is harming the hotel.

The only inconvenience is checking-in in one place and staying in the apartment which is actually closer to the action. Once you get past that initial walk from the hotel to the apartment (around 800 meters), you’ll be at a walking distance to dining, shopping… the Roman theatre you can actually see from your balcony. The staff was great, they really went beyond to accommodate our needs with our travel schedule. Great value over all.

it was spacious for my family, including 2 kids. the location of accomidation is also good, easily accessing to the city center.

You have to check in at a different hotel and then walk with your luggage over half a mile. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view, but the floor is damaged and there was no kitchen towel.

Great location and room size

Check in for the apartments is at a hotel which is a 10 minute walk away, so it's either an additional taxi or a walk in the sun with your luggage. Once there the apartment is quite nice, close to bars etc but tucked away so it's quiet. However, you open the curtains to look at the view and find you've got a perfect view of another apartments bedroom, and them yours. This means you end up closing the curtains so no natural daylight.

We tried to check in but were provided no instructions that we had to check in through another location. Some waiters from an adjoining restaurant helped us. The hotel blamed Expedia but we have been travelling all over Spain through Expedia and always the individual properties contacted us directly. This property did not.

Nice hotel. Expedia information was atrocious and resulted in spending over £35 extra in taxis and phone calls to sort out their shortcomings and finally get our room 4 hours after arrival. Book direct! I actually built one of the first online reservation systems and feel somewhat qualified to complain about their poor setup
