No Wi-Fi, no breakfast, you have to go down to get towels, they don’t clean the rooms daily and they don’t make up they beds, their were hole in bathroom door, leather on chairs peeling, I don’t like extended stays it’s because it wasn’t to my standard of cleanliness… I will never go to another extended stay!

It’s was quite safe and cool

Bed was comfortable and really soft pillows.

The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. I will book another stay soon!

Despite the bad reviews shown here, it was a pleasant stay and I enjoyed my time. No issues whatsoever. Past front desk hours, you can only get in the building with your key card which gives a safer experience. Fairly priced and will definitely stay here again.

Person over stomped and jumped all night waking up my kids and myself throughout the night and morning. Even after staff called they wouldn’t stop. The worst experience was when I went to extend my room for an extra night and was told by a staff member named ANGIE that I would have to pay my original price from check in that included taxes! Something I have never done. Even argued me down that you can’t extend a room without taxes , even though I’ve done just that multiple times!!! I refused and me and my children left. Needs better training working check-in. UNACCEPTABLE

On first glance, the room was fine. As we keep staying, I started noticing molds in the shower, and saw baby roaches about 4 times during my stay. They come from the bed frame, AC, and in the wall cracks. I even saw one crawling on THE BED during my last day there. The bed was also making me itchy and I had bug bites. It was so gross.

There was one lady that helped with check in that was very kind and stepped in to help everyone because the other two people working the front fought with multiple groups trying to check in

Oh gosh where do I start? The staff? LOVELY! The property? LOVELY! CLEANLINESS? LOVELY. Absolutely LOVELY! The property manager was amazing I can’t remember her name but my gosh was she amazing at handling business! The lobby attendant was amazing also we stayed for the Beyoncé Cowboy Carter Tour… the amount of time these girls were willing to put in for us to make sure we were safe while attending events around Houston should be illegal! I was very adamant about coming to this property because of the reviews but turned out it was lies. 100% will be coming back here for my next trip to Houston! Thank you girls so much for everything you guys did to make sure we had a great stay and perfect trip!

Great place

This is one of the worst places I have stayed. It gives off clean environment but it’s not. It’s a lot of drugs users and ghetto people that stay here. You have small dogs to huge Rottweilers. You have to pay for clean linen. I have never ever paid for clean towels and sheets. Never again.

Front desk closed most of the day. Elevator smelled, carpet smells old and needs to be vacummed and steamed.

Everything was good for a nights stay, Jst wish they had either a pool or breakfast other than that quiet & clean.

Did not even stay here. Just left my room to go somewhere else.

Overall wouldn't recommend for the price. Liked that I could check in early, with an extra fee. At first glance seemed cleaned but the room had such a high humidity that the floors and walls were constantly wet. Showered Friday night and the towels never dried. Asked for extra towels on Sunday evening and was told there was no clean towels......

The front desk staff was terrible and un respectful

I had no issues and was able to call the 24 hour staff to check in when I got off work
