The room I stayed got the broken shower water flow.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious and rich, the rooms are clean and airy. Will visit again when coming to Hai Phong!

The hotel has a 5-star title, the air conditioner is tight, the beard knife is not available, call the front desk and tell me to pick up the knife now, but I can't see it, in general too bad

It was my second time at Mercure Hai Phong. It’s always one of my favorite hotels here. Friendly staffs especially FO Ms Chi are amazing. Just feel like I was staying at my home. She offered me to get lounge access (as I’m a platinum member but my booking wasn’t on Acc*r Apps) Definitely will stay here again

I booked the studio room but it looked very small, totally different from the photos on the website (like a standard/deluxe room). Our room is not private as it shares a connecting door with the near-by room, which makes me really uncomfortable and UNSAFE while staying there. When I paid such a premium price for studio room, I expect high quality service and at least ultimate privacy, not a big room divided into 2 smaller studio room like Mercury does. In addition, the hotel is just a small part of the big buildings as the rest are residential apartments. For the bathroom, it looks very small and there is no bath tub. For the rooftop Sky bar, the view is amazing but it is closed. I heard the rumour that they did not pay salary to the bar staff so they could not afford to keep it running. The receptionists are not professionally trained. When I checked out, she asked me to wait for room check and she did not inform us even when the room check was complete. For reference, I stayed in Mercure Ba Na hills before, but Im not happy with the service as well. I DO NOT recommend people to stay in this hotel. It looks amazing outside but the interior room design and service are NOT worth the premium price.

The hotel is located in the center near many dining areas. The staff is polite and cute. Breakfast with many dishes to choose from many delicious dishes. Small but neat rooms will be arranged appropriately. Food at the restaurant is very delicious. Will be back with the family.
