Fantastic location next to the impressive castle and town centre. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient with great English.....everything from times, keys, wifi etc. clearly explained at check-in. Check-in / check out quick and straight forward. I booked the smallest, and lowest cost, room that was available on Hotels.com and on arrival was upgraded to a double room that was clearly recently refurbished (hotel has undergone renovation last year) with modern fresh tasteful decor, large comfortable bed, tv (did not use it), large table to work at, fast free wifi (no problem to download large files / connect to company VPN). Clean bathroom equipped with powerful shower, small shampoo / shower gel container, and large clean towels. Excellent well presented self service breakfast, in a large pleasant room - large choice of juices, fruit, meats, cheeses, and super fresh pastries. Great coffee - choose whatever you like - served to the table by the cup. Entrance / bar / lounge area very pleasant with wide choice of drinks. Terrace & gardens outside that would be great with a glass of wine on a spring / summer evening! I understand that the restaurant will open again soon but with Este centre being less than 5 minutes walk it is no problem to find top class food - numerous restaurants within a short walk. Free hotel car park. Unbeatable value and overall a perfect 2 night stay.

We 2 people have a triple room which is very big, with a good AC and nice and clean bathroom(with bathtub). My personal favorite is the big window face the castle. Have cool air inside with all natural surrounding a step out of the window! Breakfast is good too. I enjoy stay at Beatrix Este and the room, hotel facility and service are highly recommended.

Eine Minibar wäre wünschenswert, der Ferneher war winzig. Eine Bewirtung im Garten oder an der Bar wäre schön. Die Stadt und Umgebung ist sehenswert.

Un hotel situato in una posizione perfetta per visitare Este

Hotel un po datato ma pulito. Camere arredate ancora con mobili stile anni 60 ma in una posizione centralissima proprio difronte il castello, a due passi dal centro di Este. Per una notte può andare benissimo.

Tutto piu che bene...se bisogna trovare una nota negativa: solo l'arredamento delle camere andrebbe rinnovato...

A Padova con mio figlio per un week-end. L’hotel è storico proprio sotto le mura del castello di Este. Ormai un po’ datato, con arredo e finiture in alcuni casi vintage e porte delle stanze decisamente da rifare; per il resto direi pulito, comodo, con personale accogliente. La colazione buona, anche se ci siamo trovati in un momento di particolare “affluenza” e abbiamo dovuto aspettare una mezz’ora per accedere alla sala del buffet. Complessivamente, viste le nostre necessità e visti anche i prezzi (ragionevoli se confrontati con i prezzi assurdi di altre strutture nell’intorno), direi un giudizio positivo.

Personnel très gentil et disponible. Les chambres du premier ainsi que les salles de bain sont un peu vieillottes.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro ma comunque in posizione tranquilla. Camere non molto insonorizzate ma complete di tutto il necessario. Ottimo personale. Complessivamente mi son trovato molto bene e valuterò sicuramente altri pernottamenti in futuro
