Good location, connecting to the pik avenue Mall, easy access to PIK area & Soekarno Hatta Airport. Staffs friendly and helpful, easy for parking area for hotel guests.

Last night, there was a problem when checking in, I wanted to change my check-in schedule to the 12th and check out on the 13th, because my flight was delayed, I called the hotel to change the schedule, then I was directed to Traveloka, when I called Traveloka, I was told to ask for approval from the hotel, like being toyed with, being passed here and there, there was no way out, rather than losing my money, I finally checked in, and just checked out, please give me a way out if there are customers experiencing problems like this

An excellent hotel; It is attached to malls with many nice foods. On the outside, there are many shops selling foods, salons, cafes, and many others.

We got delay landing in Cgk and had terrible flight, when we arrived hotel Checked in process takes v long time, asked the RSV earlier to prevent hectic process, they could not assist us for prepaid Extrabed, therefore when we late c/i, the reception assist us for EB payments, its really the longest and confusing c/i i ever had. Why i cannot transfer money or settlement before i arrived hotel??, i travel with elderly, they need rest asap when reach hotel,its midnight alrd. After c/i finish, direct go to the room and find out all the amenities only for 1 pax, so i need to call HSK for send us bath equipments stuffs, waiting n waiting HSK team for set up EB for hours, i know HSK running busy in midnight, but if RSV could help us to settle our request prepaid EB before c/i, could give us convenient , and save energy for ur team as well. Bad experience with the rsv, check in flow, slow set up EB and stuffs

Please note the car parking area located in the basement, if it is smelly in the afternoon and evening. Several times the waste container overflowed onto the parking floor.

My car was not registered for parking even though it was asked when I checked in. When I checked out in the morning, I was told to pay for parking. Please don't be careless next time.

Anyway, the place is comfortable and nice.
