I recently stayed at the Hyatt and had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional customer service from George at the front desk. When one of my two reservations didn’t show up properly, George went above and beyond to resolve the issue efficiently and with a great attitude. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the process.
What really stood out was that George remembered me when I walked in again later, a small but thoughtful detail that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. He also introduced me to the Hyatt rewards program with an excellent and well-explained upsell that made joining an easy decision.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short distance from Universal Studios, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The free breakfast was also a highlight.
Overall, this was a smooth, enjoyable stay made even better by great staff and service. Thank you again to George for turning a potential hassle into a positive experience!
