The staff was excellent and very responsive

Comfortable stay with good food. The only thing could be to add some more vegetarian menu. Also, the lobby music should be toned down in the night

This is probably one of the best hotels in Siliguri, which doesn't have many options. My room was very comfortable and clean. A/C worked well, water was hot. Amenities are limited, but overall a good choice for business travelers. It's not super close to Bagdogra Airport, but convenient to much of Siliguri city.

There is no restaurant nearby to taste local food at better prices. Food in hotel is very expensive.
