Smaller than the pictures in the advertisement. The receptionist lady was rude when we were returning the keys told us hatshly that the keys should be left at the room.

The location was great, I mean we could literally walk anywhere. Everything was in walking distance. I really liked the person who checked us in, he was really nice and very helpful. The room is extremely small, even though we chose the largest room on the website. I honestly think that we didn’t even get the room we chose but I couldn’t remember. But the pictures on the website are very misleading, the room couldn’t fit more than 2. Also the walls were very dirty and there was hair on the pillow cases both of them. Luckily for me I read a lot of reviews the day before checking in and I brought my own pillowcase, towel and washcloth.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, great location, nice staff.

We really enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. Was really fun. The service was also wonderful.

This property is about the same cost as a hotel but without the convienence. At checkin a room tax had to be paid and the attendant doesn't make change. He keeps any extra form the smalest qualiyfying bill you hand him. He graciously offers to give you tour coupons in lie of change he owes you. The same coupons you can pick up at any bus stop. That was insultng, especially after saying he would make change than recanting. No soap or shampoo is provided and no housekeeping is offered, trash just piles up in your room.

Very centric location, close to everything!! :) We ran out of toilet paper and there was no response to the request :(

The apartment itself is very nice, and in a great, Central location for exploring Budapest. However, be sure to read the fine print! The check in is NOT at the address listed, but rather in a small office nearby. And that office closes at 6pm. If you arrive later than that, you have to call and arrange to meet someone, who can check you in. If you don't have cell service in Hungary, this could be a very complicated or costly endeavor! This seems to be the case for all the Budapest Holiday brands. If you've got international calling, data, etc., on your mobile, this may not be a big deal... But if you're trying to get by without, I'd suggest paying a bit more and going to a more traditional hotel with a real check-in desk.

Perfect location. Apartment looks to have recently been updated, looks better than the pictures advertising the property.

It’s really ok, central location but it is a bit of difficult to find even from GPS since the check in office is on one street and the apts is on the other snd when arrived, office was closed. Small bed and small place but clean

The apartment we stayed in has two rooms, so we were given one room. The room is small, its good just for night time sleep. It will not provide you with soup and shampoo, so bring your own or shop in Aldi nearby store. We felt safe as the main door to the buiding was licked, and then the apartmwnt has one metal ans one wooden door, both on locks.

i did not stay at that ghost house, i told them i am leaving and ultimately found myself at Mariot. i arrived at the airport, tried to call the hotel but there was no response. igot a shuttle and gave the driver the address. we struggled to locate the place until we arrived at an old building that looked deserted and the driver dropped me off. confused and angry i saw a man by the entrance and gave him the address to which he confirmed that old building was that address but it is not a hotel. he called the number and was directed to another old building one street across the road. i went there a found a lady inside who took my details and welcome me. i asked about the where about of the hotel and was taken back to the old building by another young lady who just showed up immediately after my arrival at that office. i told her i cant stay at that building and she said i should go back to the office to sort it out but when i got back to the office it was locked. i then left and re-booked at marriot.

Good location, nice staff. Would have been nice if bathroom had soaps/shampoos, etc.

Bien que l’établissement était bien situé, nous n’avions aucun service. Il y avait toujours une odeur persistante provenant de la salle de bain. L”appartement était petit mais fonctionnel

Perfect location in the city center with easy access to everything. Newly renovated, quiet and clean. Nice and helpful staff. I stayed in room 2 on the 3rd floor. The bathroom had a serious odor problem. There was a strong smell of sewage and it spread throughout the apartment. Was told that this was a pipe problem throughout the house. The apartment was a cheap alternative but with the bad smell the stay was not a good experience.

Wir fanden super, dass ein privater Shuttle-Service angeboten wurde. Den haben wir auch direkt in Anspruch genommen. An der Unterkunft angekommen, wurden wir schon beim Aussteigen von einem Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen der uns unsere Apartments gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben hat. Sehr sehr freundlich und alles korrekt! Wir können insgesamt nichts schlechtes berichten.

A szállás megfelelő volt nagyon jó helyen, csak azt hiányolom, hogy nem volt feltüntetve, hogy nincs recepció és ,hogy előtte telefonálni kell a kulcsért. Ráadásul a vocheren szereplő telefonon angolul beszéltek.Másik érkező vendégektől kaptuk meg a megfelelő számot. Ezután elég gyorsan elfoglalhattuk szállásunkat, kedves udvarias kísérővel.
