Really lovely hotel in a traditional building that’s been nicely restored. Rooms are compact but very comfortable and we had one of the few rooms with a balcony overlooking the rear terrace. The bar was great, although we didn’t try the food. Loved the water machines on each floor and the refillable glass bottles on each room. Flat 20min stroll to the old town - good location.

Hotel was in a great location tram & bus stop literally across the road 15 min walk to the main square hotel nice & clean good breakfast

Hotel was nice and located in a good location. The check in guy did not seem very attentive. Seems too distracted with phone or computer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. Staff were very obliging with all our needs. Easy to get to from the airport and only a 10 minute walk away from the old town. We would stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I’d be more than happy to stay again if I go back to Krakow. The hotel is a short 15/20 minute walk to the Old Town and roughly the same to Glowny station, so really handy to get to and from the airport. The area around the hotel/ the city in general felt very safe even late at night. Small supermarket across the road for any bits and pieces you need.

Beautiful hotel, not advised about parking charges and receptionist not the friendliest upon arrival to be fair, never the less a superb clean hotel would stay again

They don’t tell you they are charging for the breakfast until the las day, it’s super basic and expensive…

This place was amazing!!!

The location of the hotel was north of the Old Town but it could be easily walked to in 20 mins or the tram no 18 runs regularly a short 2 min walk over the road. Staff very friendly and the place was very clean. There is a bar which also serves hot drinks etc. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were numerous bakeries, local Zabka convenience stores and restaurants for evening dining were plentiful in Old Town.

Lovely place in a perfect spot.

This property is perfect if you are wanting to be near the centre of Krakow old town square but not right in the middle, it is around 1 5-10 minute walk down the the main square, the walk itself is pleasant and as 2 young girls we felt very safe. The hotel is lovely and clean. We had an issue when we arrived in that our room hadn't been cleaned with dirty towels, toilet and the room itself untidy, however this was quickly rectified and as an apology we where given complementary breakfast for the rest of our stay. The breakfast its self has plenty to offer but for the fussier eaters they may struggle.

The hotel was clean. It was reasonably priced and the location was good.

Very comfortable stay. Great area - 10 minutes walk from the centre of town, tram and bus stops very close by, a food market on the other side of the road, and a good Thai takeaway a few doors down.

1 night stay in the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable for a couple and a kot. Nice interior design and very clean space. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Location is really convenient for visiting downtown Krakow and to get to and from the airport. We really liked the breakfast. Definitely recommended for bigger stays in Krakow.

This hotel had great reviews & the reception staff were friendly & helpful. Our stay was pleasant but we would not return. Plenty better options. Travelled with my husband & our friend. On arrival we were early, my friend got into her room however ours wasn't ready so we went out & explored the area, came back later on to find a twin room set up when we booked a queen-this was changed however took sometime-no apology offered etc. We had booked a balcony room, it was dark by the time we got in, next day i was shocked at the poor view of a carpark as that is not what is shown on the website so please save your money & dont bother paying the extra. The standard rooms are great & my friends was perfect. The shower area in room 413 had black mould in corners & tiles need scrubbed with bleach. Bar service is very poor, Jacus needs to learn customer service skills & perhaps interact with the customers. He refused to serve a couple one night at 10pm who wanted a quiet drink as there were only 3 of us in bar! Rooms are made up each day, my friend came back one night to discover hers hadn't been touched. We never mentioned it as by this point we realised its not that well organised. The location is within walking distance to centre also the tram & bus stops near. There is a fantastic kebab restaurant across the road for a late snack & plenty shops for anything you would need, drinks, snacks, toiletries etc We had a fantastic time in Krakow, hotel is nice & a good base but not for me.
