There was nobody at property or office to respond to calls multiple days before arrival or upon arrival to the property. Do not book with them. You’ll be stuck in LA without a place to stay!

Terrible experience. The apartment I booked wasn't available. The replacement was in terrible shape. First, it took 30 minutes to open the door. The key didn't work. Then the apartment was in bad shape as if they decided to rent it mid renovation. The paint looked like was done by a 10 year-old. The toilet didn't have a seat, just a hole. There was a used up Kleenex on the floor! Not enough bed covers. It was just really bad. They promised to reimburse me for the Uber ride because of the distance between the first and second apartment but they didn't even reply to my email which is just adding salt to the wound. The heater was VERY loud. DO NOT RENT from here. You have to spend about $80 to get the key from then from Glandale.

After reading some of the other reviews, I was nervous about our stay. However, we had a very lovely stay. Our apaowas just as pictured. The kitchen was appropriately stocked. We were able to check in onsite with no extra charge. The pool and hot tub are on the 2nd floor. The parking garage was a little hard to find as you go in front of Honda alley way before the block ends. Our kids loved it. I would stay there again.

The apartment that we were actually given was at a totally different address than what was reserved. Although it wasn't too far away and was okay, it was not the property that I had reserved, which was close to a location downtown where I needed to be. As well, picking up the key somewhere else was really strange and at an odd site. Finally, I was told to leave the keys in the apartment when I left. That sounds okay, but the elevator, stair wells, and garage required the keys for use/access. To be able to get my bags down 6 stories to the car, my car out of the parking area, and to have access to the parking area, would require an elaborate exercise and multiple trips up and down. This is not well thought out and more than inconvenient. Once you leave the keys in the apartment, you could not use the elevator, nor gain access to the parking area.

The fact that I had to drive 30mins more just to pick up the keys for the Apt wasnt so much of a problem. Once I got to the place the lady gave me instructions on how to get to the parking garage but she missed a couple of instructions and information about the building. She could’ve lett me know that’s theres more then just one building to the Apts and they’re all connected once you head to the poool area. We were lost for almost an hour trying to find our room. It was a mix up with the Address and the room number. We had the Building security help us get to our room and even then, they were a little confused themselves but it was all because we had gotten the keys for the wrong address

Hidden $85 cleaning fee included in price. Check in process is ridiculous, you have to drive to Glendale to get the keys to the apartment. Would much rather pay more and stay in a hotel with much less hassle.

Without any disclosure about the cleaning fee when we booked the room at Expedia.com. But asked us to pay $85 at our arrival. It was a surprise. The total cost added up together is more than similar hotel.

Muy conformes con la estadia , el departamento super comodo y moderno. Lo que no estuvimos muy conformes con tener que ir a buscar las llaves a media hora del lugar. Un poco desconforme ya que eso lo informan una vez hiciste la reserva, deberian dejar informado para que uno tenga la opcion de elegir si quiere o no ir a buscarla. me parece poco practico
