The apartment that we were actually given was at a totally different address than what was reserved. Although it wasn't too far away and was okay, it was not the property that I had reserved, which was close to a location downtown where I needed to be. As well, picking up the key somewhere else was really strange and at an odd site.
Finally, I was told to leave the keys in the apartment when I left. That sounds okay, but the elevator, stair wells, and garage required the keys for use/access. To be able to get my bags down 6 stories to the car, my car out of the parking area, and to have access to the parking area, would require an elaborate exercise and multiple trips up and down. This is not well thought out and more than inconvenient. Once you leave the keys in the apartment, you could not use the elevator, nor gain access to the parking area.
