This is a beautiful property. It was very quiet and felt like we were the only ones staying there. The breakfast was fresh and tasted great. The latte was magnificent!

The staff was amazing, friendly and johnny-on-the-spot with every detail. Super friendly and helpful. Room was cute and clean, the free breakfast was delicious and amazing (that's easily a $30 savings each day!).

Amazing stay in a great location

A great stay in a historic building in Old San Juan. A central location in the old town, super close to everything you’d want to see. The team at 352 Guesthouse were all super hospitable and helpful. The breakfasts were really fresh and offered a great selection. Couldn’t recommend 352 more!! Would love to visit again.

We spent a wonderful week at 352 Guest House. This is a beautiful building with character and charm. It was the perfect place to rest, relax, and enjoy breakfast with family before exploring Old San Juan. In addition to the beauty of this well-cared-for 18th century building; the warm greeting, comfortable beds, the breakfast options, sitting together on the rooftop terrace, the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and helpful advice on what to see, all made this a great place to stay in Old San Juan.

It was very good! It is oasis in Old San Juan. Very close everything but it’s quiet and beautiful. Very clean. Gorgeous antiques.

A beautiful building, gracious hosts and amazing location

The 352 Guesthouse is a beautiful, small boutique hotel in a unique, historic building right in the middle of old San Juan. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, the rooms are comfortable (even without windows), and the location couldn't be more convenient. Wonderful breakfast, lovely rooftop seating area with jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to visit Old San Juan .Staff is wonderful.Easy check and out . Breakfast was a treat expresso drinks and good selection of breakfast foods .Freddy and Theresa made a deal right at home.

Great location and service

The service here was excellent, and we were very surprised at how delicious the included breakfast was. It was very quiet the entire time, and we felt very safe with all the security features of the property. The rooftop was an excellent place to relax at the end of the day, and the overall location couldn’t get much better.

The 352 Guest House is in the perfect spot for hanging out in Old San Juan! And it's perfect for couples!! (I would not recommend families or kids). The service was great and it was very clean & pretty. I would say the beds aren't the most comfortable, weird sounds come from the room fridge & the shower pressure isn't great. It's a little weird that there really isn't any natural light in the room as well. But those are pretty minor inconveniences!!

Well appointed for a place built in the 1800’s…. Lovely boutique hotel making old town very walkable / accessible.
