Service was not congruent. Pool was not open. Very limited amenities. Guest room design is terrible.

Very good

The hotel was great. The only thin I missed was the pool not being open when other hotels had there's open and there was only one choice for the evening to dine. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Everything is conveniently located within walking distance. Many food options around hotel. Staff was professional and friendly. Good price for the area.

The Photos showed a Refrigerator in the Room, there was no fridge or minibar. Also the air conditioner was on Heat Only, and it was Very hot in the room!

--this is probably the best place in Iksan; it's generally quite nice and comfortable --but there was some crazy design involving the bathroom door; I don't blame you, dear reader, if you think this is unbelievable, but the bathroom door (a large sliding panel) is designed in such a way that only way to open the room fridge (or access the kettle immediately above the fridge) is to keep the bathroom door open (and conversely, if you want to enter the bathroom, the fridge must be closed, and you cannot access the kettle area). this is because of where the fridge door swings open (the kettle is an alcove above the fridge), and where the bathroom door slides. so, there were some eventful acrobatics, moving back and forth between the fridge/kettle area and the bathroom. strange. --there is a convenient bus stop outside the hotel (for getting to the train station and the Baekje historic sites -- it's not really walking distance to the station), but you won't want to stay in the hotel neighborhood, as it is right next to an industrial park.

Western Life was a pretty nice stay. This has been my most favorable hotel stay thus far.

Stopped to stay 1 night before heading to South-west. Room is a bit funny style and clean but its enough to stay for 1 night for me.

I do understand how difficult to maintain especially during the COVID-19 crisis. Less customers & lots empty rooms. But cleaning the room is important issues. Hairs found on bed & room. Safety box was not working. Offered change room makes 2 stars instead of 1 star

First impression was big the size of hotel in small city but there's no service. Room was quite small with hairs here and there even in the bedding but my wife was refused to request changes room since everything was unpacked. Later, I discovered safety box in the room was not functioning. Location was good but recommended to find motel much better than this hotel. I had no choice to stayed 2 nights due to business. It's not worth the money & value at all

익산 갈 때마다 자주 이용하는 호텔입니다. 전반적으로 다 만족스러우나 이번엔 냉난방기 필터 쪽에 먼지가 너무 많아서 틀기가 꺼려졌습니다. 이 부분만 개선된다면 다른 불만은 전혀 없습니다.

Business trip. Hotel had friendly staff, helped with printing and scanning of some documents. Also provided assistance with taxis and places to eat.

Nice hotel, good spot for western travelers, as the front staff speaks basic English, and the breakfast is spot on.
