Upon arrival, we were instructed to let them know when we were planning to arrive and then instructed to call 15 minutes prior to arrival. We made the call 15 minutes prior to arriving at the condo, and the operator told us to wait for about 10 minutes for one of their employees to bring us the key to the unit. 1 hour passed and no one showed, this made us more than angry since we were so tired from the drive and the last thing we wanted to do is sit in a foyer. The gentleman than shows up 1h and 25 minutes later, and says I only got the message 20 minutes ago, but I was at another building checking other people in. So that happened, we moved on, got the keys and want up to the unit, overall a nice unit, nice building, but it is very dirty, the fridge was disgusting, carpets in bedroom stained and dust bunnies everywhere, under pull out couch there was lots of garbage, overall not a well-cleaned unit, no soap in washroom, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided. The dishes all had to be rewashed, as mugs looked dirty, over-all the worst accommodation we have been too. If they are collecting that type of money per night they should invest in their place, so people can enjoy the apt, not feel grossed out.
The only good thing about the unit is that it is close to everything, and our meetings, this apt does not come with parking, but we managed to park at target parking, located across the street at the SoHo Hotel, $60 for two full days.
