This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. The hotel exterior is pretty and the rooms are large. That said, there are no amenities besides a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The soap comes out of a dispenser. I really feel the description of the hotel is inaccurate as it's an odd, isolated place where even getting connected to wifi requires about 4 people and an hour to set up. Also, the staff don't have good English so asking for help requires a lot of patience and time.
