I went to this hotel for a famous hot spring in this area. As it is an isolated hotel, you need own transportation, otherwise, you have to use a taxi.

They does have 2 tesla destination chargers. It was cool!

Very clean and environmentally friendly; Not wasting too much and recycling voluntarily encouraged. Of course, sol saem hot spring is excellent and convenient and Unique. I left my coat inside room and they would send me it by a delivery service. Thank you for the service. We will recommend our family and friends.

This resort is very clean and newly opened compared to other locations. The staffs are very friendly and courteous. However, if you want to use the hot spring spar in the resort, you cannot wear swimming suit even if you have some scars on your body to be hidden. There is no prior explanation on this rules whether at website or guest guides in the room. They explained the hot spring is just public bath, not a spar. So be prepared to be naked at the hot spring without exception.

조식이 너무 비싸요.

항상 만족하던 숙소라 부모님 모시고 방문했는데 침구마다 머리카락에 청결부분이 많이 아쉬웠어요 직원들의 대처는 항상 최고였고 온천쪽 카운터 남직원 한분 빼고는 대부분 직원들은 친절하셨습니다

직원이 친절하고 숙소가 청결했어며 수달래 조식 뷔페도 양식과 한식의 다양한 종류의 음식이 맛과 정성이 좋았습니다. 솔샘 온천의 온천물이 좋아서 목욕후에는 피부가 부드럽고 거친 발바닥이 매끈해지는것 같은 기분이 들었습니다.

온천이 불편함

객실과 침구는 깨끗하게 관리된 편이예요. 솔샘온천때문에 선택한 숙소인데 기대 이상으로 편하게 투숙하고 왔습니다. 주차시설은 좀 부족한 편이라 저녁늦게 들어오는 차량들은 호텔앞 도로에 주차해야하는게 아쉬웠어요. 호텔 내 부대시설도 다양해서 1박 2일 여행하기 딱 좋은것 같아요

동네가 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

주왕산 여행하기에는 최고의 위치였어요 주변에 식당 시설이 별로 없어서 좀 심심했지만 리조트 식사가 괜찮아서 편했습니다. 안동 여행을 함께 했는데 안동에는 볼거리도 많고 시장에 식당에 넘쳐나더라구요 청송+안동 여행하시면 딱일곳이라 생각됩니다. 조금 아쉬운 점은 지하주차장이 있었다면...과 완속 충전기 기계가 너무 부족하고 오랫동안 빼지 않고 얌체주차 하시는 분들 더 과금되었으면 좋겠어요

도심이 아니구 산에 있어서 그런지 밤에 별을 또렷이 감상할수 있었어요. 조식도 훌륭하구요 온천도 매우 좋아요
