The hotel is quiet, about 200 meters from the BTS. The staff is very good. The room is clean and has everything you need.

Despite of some reviews I read before, turned out this hotel is quite comfortable, perfect for my mum and me. Enjoyed our 6 nights stay in this hotel. Room 's small, but since it 's Tokyo, so no complaint, understandable. Easy and fast check in, the staff friendly and helpful. Self check out was a plus point. Near Inaricho Station (Ginza Line) about 3-5 minutes walking, and 15 mins to Ueno Station, and Keisei Ueno Station (took this train from Narita, got off Ueno, and changed to Ginza Line, one stop to Inaricho Station, out the station exit 3, turn left, go straight, and there you go) For first timer, I suggest you buy Keisei ticket from Narita to Ueno, and buy your suica card before you enter Ginza Line. Room was warm at first we came, but you can always open the window to get perfect temperature for a good night sleep. They cleaned our room everyday, threw away rubbish, but left everything untouchable on the desk, and they didn't throw away cups that still have water or tea in it. Toilet is small but just nice. Hot tub perfect after walking long hours in cold weather. Amenities they have all, from shampoo, soap, conditioner, toothbrush, even hair tie! Microwave, vending machine on 1st floor, washing machine was the only thing I couldn't find, but no worries, coin laundry is nearby. Seven Eleven is also around the corner, just check your google maps. Oh next to the hotel is a tiny family restaurant selling some local food. Will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel is not near. Not far from JR Ueno Station but very close to the subway. Can walk to Ameyoko comfortably. The new room is not very big, put a bag under the bed. Considered worth it

Hotel is very good, clean, comfortable, very near to underground, but if going to JR, have to walk a bit but not far.

Accommodation and facilities are very good. Just a little too much dust There is a supermarket near the hotel. A lot of food for 24 hours. Traveling near the metro station is much more convenient than traveling with JR. The staff speak English. Face to face using the service again for sure.

The hotel is not very far from the ueno station. The rooms are ok, not wide, but not very narrow. High bed, can put luggage under the bed Near convenience stores

Very clean & convenient hotel with great amenities. The bed was super comfy. Location is superb (few minute walk to subway station, 10 min walk to Ueno restaurants/shipping area). service was great. Highly recommend!

The hotel is clean, peaceful, night time is very comfortable. I like it very much. Even if traveling far from shopping, I would like to go again. There are super / cheap restaurant near the accommodation.

Glad to stay here. There's Tokyo sky tree from the windows view. Room is small but it's ok, many facilities. The hotel is also close to minimart and convenience store. Good location.

Very good. Change the pajamas every night. There are all things to use, no need to prepare anything yet. If ueno train Suggested to change to a ginza line that goes to asakusa to go to the inaricho station. This station is very close to the accommodation. If walking from ueno station, it will be a bit far. Included, very convenient. Recommended at all.

The hotel will say 3 stars for me. I give 5 stars because everything is convenient, clean and safe. See the Tokyo Tower view. Very beautiful. The hotel is quiet. Can walk to Asakusa Temple Walk to Ueno Station, Ueno Park, Market, Food and Shopping area. I went with my two girlfriends, staying in a comfortable room. The mattress was soft, with a bathtub, power plug throughout the room. There were 2 bottles of water, coffee, a kettle, fridge, toiletries. Almost no need to prepare anything New room without smell No noise from the room beside interference. With flammable to use as well Anybody looking for a recommended accommodation here Importantly, there are no additional taxes.
