Very nice room, valet parking was busy but efficient, walkable to may establishments, great for access to south loop activities

It was okay. The room was spacious and cute, but the bathroom smells. The floor hallway also smelled bad and the noise... you could hear everything, maybe because our room was next to the elevator, and close to the train. It was an affordable option, so if you're okay with some noise and just need like two nights, go for it!

My husband and I recently stayed here for a couple of nights on a getaway trip and for a concert. We enjoyed the room and the staff were very helpful! We had never been to Chicago before so they were wonderful at helping us. The only complaint we had was that the valet fee to park was $70 per night and there weren’t really any other parking options, so be prepared for that. But we enjoyed our stay overall!

Good location, perfect for the marathon stat & finish. Good rooms, beds, showers and gym / pool. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This hotel was great - beautiful city views! The customer service was pretty poor - they only clean rooms every other day and leave water in the rooms that you need to pay for unless you have a certain status. The staff at the front desk also were pretty resistant to helping with anything - anytime I asked a basic question they didn’t know and brushed me off. They dont do late checkout requests until the morning of checkout, which is stressful. The morning of my checkout, I was then told they don’t do late checkouts at all, which is untrue, and I eventually was able to check out late.

The views were amazing!!!!!! While the staff was nice and the rooms were clean, there were multiple elevator issues which lead to traffic jams when entering and exiting

besides the strong cleaning solution smell in the lobby, the hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great spot to get you around.

We had a corner room it was nice, and the view was amazing! You could hear the train sometimes, but not a deal breaker. We would definitely book the room again. We enjoyed happy hour at the restaurant downstairs. Overall we had a great stay.

Hotel was just okay. Not the cleanest and things were in need of repair such as broken and loud ice machine and loud hvac unit.

Convenient location. Public transportation is very close or you can walk to a lot of locations. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Joseph was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was nice and clean with amazing view of downtown, 10/10. The have a restaurant onsite that serves delicious food and has friendly staff, 9/10. Hotel staff were friendly as well, 8/10.
