I needed to book a room for my 80y/o mother to stay after my dad was life flighted to St Joseph’s hospital from Lopez island. When I called and booked I explained that my Mom was very frail and needed an ADA compliant room with a walk in shower. The staff seemed to be caring and understanding. After receiving a call from her at 1:32 am stating that she had called 911 and that I needed to get up there as she had fallen and hit her head on the bathtub and couldn’t see out of her right eye. I caught the first flight out of SLC. Absolute dump. Didn’t realize this was a weekly rental motel. Lots of nefarious activity on and in the surrounding area of the motel. Was supposed to be an ADA compliant room with an open shower. There was no ADA compliance whatsoever. Photos are Deceiving on their website. Beware.

I stayed there about 5 days and I was appoached 3 times by two staff members, who asked me how my stay was and if they could do anything for me. I had to get to the airport at 3AM, but there were no taxies or Uber at that time that I could set up. They arranged a private driver for me and I had no worries. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was great with a good assortment. My bed was very comfortable. Hi give 6 stars!

It served my purpose, but very noisy. Foot traffic around room. People up very late. Bad sleep, had to be up at 3:30 for early flight. Would not stay here again.

For the price that we paid, this hotel did not deliver. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone based on several factors.

$57 to check in 40 minutes early set the tone. $20 extra for visiting 4 and 6 year old grandsons to play in the swimming pool. Bulletins posted everywhere with moneitary threats ($20 if you lose a towel) was indicative of the only work being done. Spend more time cleaning and less time threatening customers. Will not stay there again. Staff was equally unfriendly.

It was nice bed, spacious room. Staff perfessional. Its just really old, not like pics online. No coffee in room and only in lobby at 6 to 9 breakfast. At 3am people yelling and fighting woke us seems like no security. Lots of transients there ao its like a residence to workers.

The pool and hot tub. The bed was comfy. But the electrical suck the clock didn't work or the usb port.And we were woke at 4am to housekeeping cleaning the rooms around us.

Would not refund my extra day despite checking out early with plenty of notice(when I checked in)

This is actually a useful place when traveling, because it’s on the freeway (route five) and easy enough to get into after parking and checking in. I scent in the room was a bit strong. The bed was fine. Bathroom was fine. I stopped by to have breakfast before I left, but there wasn’t much left. Then again I didn’t get there till about 8:15. So I went somewhere else for breakfast. Fortunately, I’m familiar with the area. Hotel, such as this one is awfully convenient if I miss a late ferry boat. The people were really nice.

Checked in looked at room just kinda run down and used a towel and a lot of dirt came up from the floor and when we decided to leave and not stay but couldn’t find a room elsewhere we had no choice but to go back and stay and when we did that we felt like we were harassed the second time that we came back asking for more blankets and like I made it a point to be like oh you are the people that left your room and just very uncomfortable feeling in being questioned

Super clean, motor hotel. Only issue was bathroom lights were like living directly in the sun.

For a two night stay on the weekend, never got a clean room for the second night. Had to ask for towels and shower gel. No plastic bag for ice, room had a musty smell. Staff was courteous, but an excuse that the housekeeping staff was too busy to clean your room and empty trash, is unacceptable.
