Was greeted at reception with a smile, but the lady didn’t speak much, didn't advise what the hotel has to offer. No extra information, she couldn’t be bothered to be honest. I didn’t feel welcome.
The parking facility is absolutely tiny and was a hassle as I have a ghost in my car so wasn’t prepared to give the code and this caused issues in moving the car. The valeting men were lovely didn’t catch the man’s name though.
Housekeeping didn’t change the sheets which had tea stain so this was extremely disappointing.
Would I go back? Nope other hotels nearby which offer better customer service- one where you are not treated differently.
Is it worth £530 for two nights, Definently not. Disappointed.
