There is no concierge to help carry luggage to the room, even though the room has to cross the road. There is no elevator to the upper floors. Even though it is a 5-star hotel, it feels like a 3-star hotel. And local tourists seem to be less cared for than foreign tourists, the service should be more caring to local tourists, not just to foreign tourists.

The staff is very friendly. Only for a 5-star hotel. Drinking water is only 4 bottles per room. Normally it is only 2. So we who have sore throats just bought it from outside. The facilities in the room are a bit old, it would be better to improve. But the staff are okay, they are friendly and kind.

Generally ok. But first enter the room the towels are lacking and must be ordered first. New towels are complete on day 3. Even though I already called 3 hours before checkin so the room should be ready. Then the tour like the schedule written at 8 to 16. This is not effective because at 8 o'clock most guests are still having breakfast. On top of the 10 to 1600 hours the weather is hot so no one will play like it. So the effective time is less than 1 hour. Our advice, please change the schedule to 8 to 18.

Not according to the facilities mentioned, and the fact on location, I mentioned that there are bath tub facilities for the room type offered but when we checked in it turned out that the room type was using a bathtub, even though our main consideration was choosing the hotel and room because there was a bathtub .

Booked this hotel because the family room looked fun. To our surprise, the room is even better than the pictures! There is a kids club where they have different activities to keep the kids occupied. There are also swimming pools just next to the private beach. We had an amazing time there and will definitely be back!

We made room reservation through online. But when we check in, it was different, no bathtub in the room. The second thing that makes us uncomfortable stay in this hotel is their services, they greatly discriminate between local and expatriate.
