Install GPHL apps (iOS and Android) to get a digital key 3 days (go keyless) in advance on an NFC phone. Get another physical key also at the front desk if you need it for the aircon slot inside the room, or bring your name card instead. Otherwise, how do you function the aircon, lighting trick tips using a name card? You can get a digital key by approval before coming in, load selfie and passport. Once the room key appears in the app after approval, just walk to your room directly after 3 PM check-in time, or request 12 noon check-in time? Fast express check-out is available using the app if only you don't hold any physical key. Very efficient. GPHL key, available only for Fragrance Rose, Oasis, Balestier. This new keyless system just launched recently. Your phone battery needs to be full because digital key NFC is involved. Recommended. Two single beds, no window, clean, no smell, helpful staff, sure will come back, location-wise strategic front door bus stop direct to Toa Payoh MRT plus in front of the road got bus stop too, foodies lover, Zhongshan Mall plus Shaw Plaza, Whampoa, Balestier hawker.

The female staff were very friendly and helpful, the male staff were less friendly at that time, the location is a bit far from the MRT but very close to the bus station, so it is recommended for bus public transportation users, the room is small but clean, kid friendly,

Stay 6 days, bus access in front of the hotel, next to it there is a food court with affordable prices, close to the supermarket.

Well, it's worth the price, so don't expect too much! What makes it uncomfortable is that the walls aren't soundproof at all. Coincidentally, there's a small child in the room next door who throws tantrums and screams every day. But the cleanliness is okay.

The hotel staff (Jeremy) was very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The other reception staff were also friendly, greeting me warmly as I entered and exited the hotel... I will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Singapore. Thank you 🙏😊

Really love it! The room is too big but still enough for 2 adults & 1 kid. Everyday they make up the room and change with new towels, very clean and the water heater and also the aircon in a good condition 👍🏻. The one maybe the hotel should repair is the bidet toilet is too hard so it's not too comfortable to use it. But overall, the hotel is very cozy ❤️.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the room facilities are complete, there is still space for prayer in the room, very close to the bus stop. It's just a bit difficult to find halal food, for breakfast you need to take the bus to Whampoa.

Stayed here for two nights during The Eras Tour Taylor Swift. I did some research about how Singapore hotels, especially the 2-3 star hotels, have limitations due to its land constraints, so I expected how compact the room is gonna be, but I didn't expect it to be SO clean, with a huge window so it didn't feel suffocating. The bed actually has a vacant space so we can easily store our luggage there, and when we want to pray, we can just put it back in. The toilet is also very clean too, it smells good & relaxing, the water heater works perfectly fine just as the bath complimentary. My room actually has hairdryer, mini fridge too (despite how compact the room is), a make up mirror (yess with the cool make up-made lighting), a clothing hanger, and a mini chair. It was such a perfect, clean, spotless, 2 star hotels. I was so happy might return next time. Oh and the staffs are also so very kind! We goofed around and I asked so many places to explore in Singapore and they were happily answered and gave many recommendations! So happy staying here.
