I chose Fenix Inn as it is always my first choice in Melaka City Centre, and I was pleased with the experience. The staff, particularly those from Fo, were very friendly during both check-in and check-out. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Kam for his excellent service.

The Inn staff and security guard were very friendly and helpful with my request. The room was quite spacious and clean. There are quite a number of eateries around the Inn, and the prices were decent. The Inn is also very near to Hatten Hotel for my coach pickup/drop-off.

Budget hotel near Jonket street. Walking distance around 800-900 meter. Overall, good location to enjoy local food in some restaurant such as Tong Sheng crab butter milk, Atlantic Restaurant and Cottage Spice restaurant

The hotel is very close to MMC, Dataran Pahlawan Mall, restaurants, and a laundry. The apartment-style rooms are perfect for those with children, as they have two. All the staff are friendly.

First of all, the hotel is very clean from entering the lobby to the room. The staff is friendly, even the security guard helps carry the suitcase. It's close to everywhere. It's easy to find food and there are many. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Crown Hospital. Highly recommended. I will stay here again next time. Thank you for the nice service

The hotel staff is very friendly, strategic location - close to Mahkota Medical Center, mall, Jonker Street and other famous tourist attractions in Melaka because it can be reached by walking. There is also a hot and cold water dispenser which can save your budget for drinking water:-)
