Always a choice for staying when seeking medical treatment in Penang because it is close to the hospital you are going to, the staff are friendly, it is clean and there is also a pharmacy and restaurant on the ground floor.

The location is very near to Island Hospital, just walk in minutes then you will arrive there. Good service, nice staff, and clean.

The location is close to the hospital where we received treatment, the hotel is clean, there is a restaurant and pharmacy on the ground floor which fulfilled our needs during our stay here.

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. 1. The air conditioning in my room does not cool properly, making my stay very uncomfortable. 2. I was asked to pay an additional charge simply because I am a foreigner. In all my past travels, I have never experienced such treatment, and I believe this practice is unfair and discriminatory. I chose your hotel expecting a comfortable and fair stay, but these issues have left me dissatisfied. I kindly request that you resolve the air conditioning issue immediately and review the additional charge applied to me as a foreigner. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Amazing! Love it and highly recommended.

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and rented two rooms. The accommodation was clean, quite spacious, cleaned daily, and the room type matched the pictures and description. Breakfast was fairly standard (only one or two food options, bread, and fruit), but it was enjoyable because the cook was an Indonesian. It's very close to the city center and everywhere else, especially for Island Hospital, which is very close, just 5 minutes away, and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you want to get around, using the bus is highly recommended. Grab is also perfectly fine, as it's not far from everywhere, especially to the Macalister area and the city center, and a Grab ride costs around RM8-12.

Great hotel for people who are visiting Island Hospital and close to the main tourist area as well.

Staying here is clean, the food is delicious on the 2nd floor because the cook is a native of Lamongan.

Thank God, it's very comfortable, clean, and close to Island Hospital. As for the food on the second floor, hmm, it feels like you're in East Java. The smashed chicken and soto lamongan are really delicious—what can you deny? Awesome.
