It's really noisy at evening time, especially after midnight, always have illegal road rage racing and the noise was very unpleasant! We didn't sleep well as the hotel window somehow wasn't soundproof. Swimming pool and steam room wasn't clean either.

The check-in and check-out process is very fast, the location is very strategic and the staff are very friendly and professional. In front of the hotel there is a Pelita restaurant *Nasi Kandar* which is open 24 hours, and there is also a food truck in front of the hotel. To Suria KLCC and Twin Towers is only 200 meters. A highly recommended hotel if you visit KL.

There was a little incident on the last day of our stay, the room door was open when we came home from walking around, we reported to the receptionist and they promised to check the CCTV, thankfully nothing was missing, the receptionist called after they checked the CCTV and the CS forgot to close the door after cleaning the room. There were no other problems.. This is my second time staying at Maya, I like it because it is close to KLCC and right in front of Pelita Nasi Kandar..

As a tourist I feel comfortable with the hotel. From the fast room service, payment is also easy. However, because 1 lift is under repair, it takes a while to go down.

It was a nice and comfort hotel. We got the highest floor and best view as requested. The room is so spacious. The only minus thing was a cockroach in our room. The furnitures are a bit old but still fine

We had a great stay. Breakfast buffet is great. Location is perfect. Very near to tourists attractions, we can see petronas from our rom on the 22nd floor.
