This time I stayed at Novotel Lampung,.. disappointing, of all the food that tasted good, only the meatballs, traditional cakes made from rice tasted rancid when I ate them, as did the croissants, I was disappointed because a hotel like Novotel doesn't maintain the quality of the food with the high price charged for breakfast, it's really not worth it, the room doesn't seem to be ready to use either... there's no iron in the room, no pencils, note paper, and the TV hasn't been upgraded to a smart TV. This is Novotel, other hotels that are still 3 stars have upgraded... smart TVs are only available in suites and above, trust me... if there is no improvement in service, then look at Novotel, it will lose out to other hotels that are lower in price but prioritize service, facilities and comfort.
