Fun and very private for a family vacation

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Room was comfortable. The staff are super helpful. Shout out to Reva and Dicky at the front office, excellent service! Only 1 minus, I requested to borrow their iron in the morning, they say I must wait as it’s also used by other guest. Waited for almost 2 hours but it never came then I decided to leave with greasy clothes ☹️ as I was running late for my appointment.

Location close to city center, comfortable hotel.

I love this place, especially the architecture, the food, and the great hospitality.

We had a pleasant stay here, everything was nice, the staff friendliness and help me to get my things ordered online to my room while I'm a bit sick, they upgraded the room too because I asked for non smoking room, and the breakfast is what I love the most, thank you

Morning The atmosphere/facilities are so cozy The staff is very friendly. It's comfortable to be there, as the facilities are still well-maintained despite being an older building. The price is reasonable. Strategic location, easy to access

Breakfast Place Not prepared well when guests exceed the capacity of the breakfast place. Food is late to be restocked.

This is our first experience staying at Aryaduta Menteng. We were impressed with the friendly service, fast check in/check out process, and comfortable hotel atmosphere. It is an old hotel but well maintained. The room is spacious and clean. Please improve the lighting in the shower cubicle and also add more electrical outlets in the room. The breakfast food is quite okay, kudos to all the restaurant crew on duty, all worked well, were friendly and moved quickly (the crew on duty at the egg station, you made a perfect scrambled egg, love it). Overall, we enjoyed staying here. In the future if we stay again, please give us a room with a good view 😁.

Big bedroom, nice clean bathroom.

The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, the location is strategic, easy to get anywhere.

Front office staff was very nice, they upgraded our bedroom because we needed an extra bed. But the pool staff was not there all the time, because he was alone and had many things to do. The hot water of the shower was barely warm, better in the bathtub. The bartender & barista were very nice too. Breakfast was nice, a lot of variety. Overall, it was a good stay.

A fairly strategic hotel, quite clean and friendly service from the hotel staff.

Service was excellent. Perhaps the management should enhance kids' programme during the holiday.

They have a baby crib by request along with baby pillows, have kids sensory activities with super nice staff. All the staff from doorman to receptionist were all nice, particularly for my baby. The pool is actually nice, but the towel station location was quite unseen and in the smoking area, making us with baby have difficulties to go there. The jacuzzi was crowded with kids who jump and play there for quite some time. You shall have the kids pool warm, and the jacuzzi for adults.

Friendly service, spacious and clean rooms, close to the city center. Suggestion to provide laundry bags.
