This hotel is really cool, it's 10/10. Suitable for those who want to rest. The check-in process is fast, when checking in you get a guava juice welcome drink. Clean room, complete amenities, friendly staff, can request complimentary cake (but must be informed again via WA before checking in) Breakfast is really delicious, rich in taste. Yellow rice and cinnamoll roll are delicious, especially the Padang soto is the best!! The hotel is connected to Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading (MKG), if you want to shop or find food, you can go directly to the mall. The swimming pool is clean, there is free ice cream and popcorn in the pool area. I was also asked on WA whether there were any problems with the room or not. The downside is that it's a bit difficult to find parking because the parking lot is in the basement and combined with the mall. Another downside is that the room TV doesn't have Netflix, when asked there really isn't any but they said you can watch YouTube, but that has to be set by the hotel staff. Suggestion: There should be Netflix, because the room I booked was rated 1.6 million, it felt lacking if there was no Netflix. So at night I was confused about what to do, usually Netflix. So far the others are really good. Thank you Harris Kelapa Gading, had a great stay!

The cleanliness of the room is lacking, the housekeeping is too hasty in their work, the proof is that the carpet in the room I stayed in was not vacuumed because there was still dirt and dust.

The 2nd time choosing a staycation back to Harris Kelapa Gading and yes in the food section the rating finally fell to 7/10 🫠 For FO - very good in terms of check-in/out service For HK in the room what I found was the TOILET TISSUE was left over from the previous guest because it had been half used and there was no stock of toilet tissue. In the SOP if the guest has checked out then all the necessities of the previous guest such as Toilet Tissue even though there is still more SHOULD still be replaced with new ones for the next Guest, don't leave the impression that the Leftovers of Old Guests can be reused by Guests who have just checked in, this is very wrong CLEANLINESS concerns everything, so that guests still feel appreciated just like guests in general. For Breakfast: Please IMPROVE, especially in the Fried Noodle order section, it should be cooked like Fried Noodles in general, the seasoning is not complicated and the Soas is not too much, it's a shame that the Fried Noodles that I ordered ended up eating Fried Noodle Sauce because there was too much sauce that made me nauseous and stopped enjoying it 😩😩 The market snack bread is also like the Pink Steamed Cake, the texture is already hard like a stone, I even asked for help to re-steam it but it seems like it was only in the Microwave because the outside is still hard but only hot 😕 The bacon is also hard, the Soto Meat is still not soft enough and the broth is no longer hot, the Fried Vermicelli is also hard and difficult to enjoy 🥺 For this Restaurant, 5/10, it still needs to be homework for improvement 😟 For the Swimming Pool 9/10 because the employees greet you but are ready and give you towels promptly 👍👍 Security 9/10 Great like BCA Security Guards 💖 That's all from me and my family who stayed in room 1621, Happy Staycation 🫶🏻

The parking lot is not big enough and parking is in the MKG basement. When you exit, you are still asked whether you want to pay with cash or flash... even though the receptionist said it was already a free parking system... please coordinate more with the parking counter staff for guests staying at the Harris Hotel

Strategic hotel for mall, good service. For breakfast, especially fried noodles and fried vermicelli, it's not good, because it's cooked carelessly, the noodles are too cooked and sweet.
