Awesome, really happy to stay in the spacious and comfortable family room

The location is okay, although there's frequent traffic jams. The rooms are poorly maintained, with moss visible in several spots, especially in the dirty bathroom area. The worst part is the breakfast. When I ordered bacon, it was labeled beef, but the next day, another staff member clearly said it was pork. As a Muslim, I was extremely disappointed with the staff at this hotel.

Breakfast by the beachside pool, clean rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We love staying at the Truntum. The rooms are comfy and the staff are very welcoming and kind. Breakfast has a wide choice to suit western and eastern tastes. we also like the location, we can walk out straight onto the path and then the beach. It's close to the airport and easy walk to shops, restaurants and the mall. Lots of surfing opportunities as well as sunsets with a drink. Highly recommend

The hotel is old, but the cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms is quite good. It is very suitable for those on holiday with their partner because the dimly lit hotel adds to the romantic aura.

The hotel location is great, but the cleanliness is below the standard as the hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. The room is still relatively clean but the property itself needs a lot of upgrading.

The swimming pool options are exciting, there are lots of clean water, if you want to go to the beach, just walk, coincidentally there is a foam party event going on, which makes the kids even happier

+ spacious room 10/10 + quite soundproof 8/10 + complete food 8/10 + access to the Kuta beach area is fun in the morning 10/10 - the road is far from the lobby to the room 6/10 if you want to buy something, go out of the room to the lobby and then outside the hotel area, it's far and dark 6/10 - the duvet is dirty and the gaps in the mattress are dusty 7/10 like it hasn't been swept - slippery bathroom 7/10 - the view from the pool to Kuta beach is a bit bad because it's blocked by traders' stalls 5/10

I chose this hotel because it has direct access to the beach, everywhere is close, you can just walk... to the airport by taxi - + 40 minutes, request for a room with a connecting door was not fulfilled.

Success in making a memorable surprise for the child's birthday. The food is really delicious. I feel like coming back to stay here again. We will come back again next time.

Ordered a king bed size room but I got a double twin instead. The beach view wasn't that great for the price I had paid. The rooms are generally clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had to have my luggage lock picked which they sent their maintenance team to do in a whiff. Thank you! Location is great and you can access the beach within minutes and a new mall, F&B, and shopping with ease. The only bit of draw back is the hotel building is rather worn and really needs a good coat of paint and finishing.

Great place, great staff, great food, and great environment!

This hotel has 3 cool swimming pools! The restaurant is wide and the food is awesome, especially traditional menu (bubur Manado and lontong kuah are best), and it had direct beach view (but now there are kios in front of the swimming pool, which unfortunately cover up the beach view).
