For the room, it's okay, yes, it fits the budget, there's no TV remote, when you sleep the room next door is really noisy, it feels like you're in a boarding house, the food is fried rice like lontong, it's not tasty at all, the food is lacking

The hotel staff when I entered were not friendly and the room was cramped and dirty, smelled of cigarettes and lots of trash in the lobby area, the TV didn't work, there was no telephone in the room and there were no shoes outside the bathroom🤗

Upon first checking in, the receptionist was very friendly, but they didn't accompany us to our room, so when we found something missing and the door was difficult to open, we had to go back downstairs. When I asked for toiletries like soap, toothbrush, and towels, they still didn't come. After asking for them three times, they were given downstairs, and the staff who gave me the towels were less friendly and had an annoyed expression, which was unpleasant. The next day, the elevator was also broken, so we had to go back and forth up the stairs. The bathroom was also less than clean and smelly. I booked two rooms; one was fine, but the other room was missing many of the amenities that should have been provided according to the app.
