The room is not suitable and uncomfortable, the broadcast is blurry, the bathroom cannot be used.

Close to the city center and the rooms are very spacious.

The hotel's location is very strategic, but I didn't get the type of room and bed I expected because the hotel was busy so the choices were limited.

The view is really good, the room and pool are big. But the cleanliness needs to be improved. The bathroom equipment is old and looks a bit dirty. The hotel staff should be more professional and friendly. During check-in, the frontliner looked nervous and didn't smile at all. There was no 5-star welcome drink. Because there were 4 people staying and breakfast was only for 2 people, so during breakfast, I said, "The 2 of you have already taken breakfast. My child and I (2 people) want to order a la carte." The first employee invited me to enter the restaurant but I looked confused and asked my friend. Suddenly, we were stopped. His friend said, "Ma'am, someone is already eating from your room." So I explained again that I wanted to pay for it myself. The food choices are less varied. The 4-star hotel next door is better. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.

Got off at 9 o'clock and asked for fried eggs and they said it was closed and the service was a bit less good. When I asked questions and answered them while walking, I didn't stop.

Bad service... check in policy is 2 o'clock so we arrived at 3 o'clock and it turned out the room wasn't ready, we were told to wait 30 minutes, after that the room wasn't ready either, we were told to wait another 10 minutes... and then the room wasn't ready either... the room was ready in 55 minutes.

The person in charge seems new, so they need to confirm by phone with their superiors and others. There's only one officer. The others are waiting. Check-in time is delayed. Checked in after 45 minutes. Made to wait over an hour while the room is still being cleaned. Unprofessional. Excuse another customer for extra check-out time. Without considering the customer wanting to check in. This is their first time at this hotel. They were directed to go upstairs, but it wasn't ready. There were no sarongs. The staff were confused. Hopefully, a hotel of this size in Manado can improve its service standards.

This hotel is spooky. I felt uneasy as soon as I exited the elevator. The corridor air conditioner wasn't working, and the air was stuffy. The room was poorly maintained and looked like it hadn't been occupied in a long time. The furniture was broken, and the soap and shampoo were two years out of date. The air in the room was uncomfortable. I asked for a room change three times, but was only given a replacement room on the same floor. All of them were uncomfortable, and I could definitely tell something was wrong. After someone knocked on the wall, I immediately checked out and didn't want to stay.

The room curtains are torn, the walls are cracked, the trash can is made of plastic, the room equipment is lacking, the breakfast is very simple, not like a five-star hotel, even below 4 stars, so that the hotel can be improved, collaborate with others to make it look comfortable,

🚫 Absolutely Horrible Experience, Never Again. Paid IDR 13 million+ for the worst hotel experience ever. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights, but we ended up staying only 1 night, that’s how bad it was. We checked in very early in the morning, no staff at the entrance, no one to open the door or help with our luggage. After checking in, still no assistance at all, we had to roll all our suitcases ourselves up to the room. Here’s what went wrong: 1. Check-in experience: awful. No greeting, no service. 2. Air conditioner: broken. The room was boiling hot. I complained multiple times, but the lady receptionist (who was extremely rude) did absolutely nothing. 3. Reception service: shocking. When I politely asked for an extra key because I purposely left they ONLY one key that they gave inside the room, didnt take it out from the plug so the room can be cold with the aircon on, but guess what, it didnt. I slept sweeting, the room still very hot. but holy moly, so very rude, the receptionist snapped at me, saying, “Kalau depe kartu ilang torang charge 50 ribu!!” with a visibly annoyed face. Totally unprofessional. 4. Toilet: couldn’t be flushed. 5. Room: smelled terrible. 6. Bed: itchy and uncomfortable. 7. Facilities: old, worn-out, and supposedly under renovation. (We were only told this after checking out via text from the sales team.) 8. Housekeeping: disgusting. They threw items into the toilet and didn’t even bother to clean up. 9. I put the DND sign but hello, they knock the door so harshly anyways to ask if I want to clean the room. We checked out the very next day, couldn’t stand another night. 💬 Overall: The most disappointing and unprofessional hotel experience I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money, stay anywhere else.
