This was a return visit to this hotel after a few years. Its been refurbished and looks clean and contemporary. Its location is right on the beach front esplanade. It has no pool but has a rooftop solarium with a jacuzzi. The staff were excellent with a special mention to Joanna at the restaurant and bar, this one member of staff stood out for us as she chatted to most guests making them feel welcome and relaxed whilst doing her job efficiently. A really important part of representing her hotel in a good light ,an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Also a mention to Miguel at the restaurant who also made us feel welcome. The food choice and standard was excellent as we were half board. Again a thank you to all the kitchen staff. The hotel is ideally located 10 mins from the airport by bus or taxi, 1hr 40 min walk into Palma or bus at €2/trip per person. (5 min walk to bus stop). Its located at the quieter end of the resort with lovely bars and restaurants in the area. If you want a busier nightlife stag and hen party place the El Arenal is 10 mins on tourist train but not recommended. Now the reason I didnt give it a 5 star review, be aware that the hotel next to this one is under renovation and we were wakened about 8 daily by building noise constant till around 6pm. Nothing was mentioned on the site when we booked it and had it been it might have made us look elsewhere for accommodation. That said we still had a great holiday and would return if no works ongoing.

Beech view stunning from room 304. Hot tub didn’t look appealing-a bit green! Staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. Food in buffet- there was a good choice, but quality was not always great. Lovely rabbit and onions. Need to choose carefully. Overall a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay there again.

Parking was limited, but I did get lucky. It is street parking only. They are right on the beach which is amazing. The property next to it looks a bit abandoned, but the property itself is nice. The staff were there to check me in super late, and were friendly at check in. Didn’t get a chance to do much exploring there, but the room was nice with a pretty view. Would stay again.

We stayed here for one night before our flight. They gave us the room next to the elevator which was extremely noisy most of the night as people were getting off and obviously talking/laughing. We didn't get much sleep at all. The shower was excellent but no shampoo or body wash.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Love the setup here with the wonderful pedestrian/bike area between the hotels and the beach. Hotel had an expansive breakfast buffet which was great.

Excellent hotel all round , full marks BUT !!!!! no sun cover on roof sun bed area , which means unfortunately I will never use the Eden playa again , unless sun cover is provided

Great hotel, comfy, safe & spacious rooms with nice balcony. Free safe and small fridge. Handsoap & hairdryer provided. Lovely terrace at the front of the hotel overlooking the beach. Spacious and nicely decorated foyer. Plenty of choice breakfast although dinner wasn’t the best choice for vegetarians and was just warm. Superb location! Great roof terrace with hot tub. Second visit already in 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sadly this hotel fell short for us. We had a short stay but on night 1, the room we'd booked with a balcony was unavailable. Hotel admitted they'd made a mistake but there was no other rooms available. We were moved to a new room the next day but it was very noisy and our sleep was veey disturbed. The new room was nice with a nice view but 50% of our trip was in a lesser room than we'd paid for. Nice breakfast, cant fault that. Good location Only a jacuzzi, no pool. No coffee in rooms. No shower jel, only soap. No shampoo. We were left feeling short changed. Hotel have let us down.

Super schön gestaltetes Hotel direkt am Meer mit freundlichen Service und großer Essensauswahl sowohl beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Dachterasse lädt ein zum Verweilen beim Sonnenuntergang. Zudem kann man sein Gepäck lagern und noch duschen nach Checkout, um die Zeit vorm Rückflug zu nutzen. Leider wird zurzeit nebenan das Hotel renoviert, sodass es etwas Baulärm gibt und je nach Wind die Flugzeuge hört. Die Zimmer waren sauber bis auf zwei Haare im Badezimmer.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage am Balenario 15. Check-in war sehr zügig und freundlich. Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich

Das Hotel war sehr schön eingerichtet. Zimmer mit Meerblick hervorragend, jedoch sind die Betten unbequem und rutschen ständig auseinander was nach kurzer Zeit nervig wird. Das Frühstücken war sehr angenehm auf der Terrasse. Einmal waren wir am Abendbuffet im Hotel, dies ist doch sehr teuer mit 25 Euro pro Person Preis/Leistung. Das Essen war sehr enttäuschend, Geschmacklich nicht gut Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Neu renoviertes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Nicht allzu groß in direkter Strandlage. Der Blick auf den Strand und das Meer von der Terasse aus ist ein Traum. Ausreichend Auswahl beim Büffet und sehr lecker.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Dame am Empfang sehr hilfsbereit. Toll ist das Umkleidezimmer neben der Gepäckaufbewahrung, die alles bietet, um sich nach dem Strand nochmal frisch zu machen, obwohl man bereits ausgecheckt ist.
