Very good hotel. Clean and in a great, very central location

The hotel is ideal for what you need. Clean, fresh and comfortable. For me the staff speak fantastic English with my little Spanish Helpful and great location.

I had a great stay! The rooms are a little dated and it's not handicap accessible (at least not through main entrance). Everything was very, very clean, though, and comfortable and the views if you're facing the old town are ASTOUNDING. And some common spaces have an amazing retro vibe. For those with allergies/chemical sensitivities, my first room did have a sewage smell but they moved me and it was not a problem at all in the second but FYI.

Close to the old city and to restaurants in the area, in fact they were all walking distance.

Clean room and kind staff but few items in vending machine.

Hotel was ideal for a few nights, close to the old town sites and to the new Town shops. Only downside for us was that the restaurant didn't open until 8.30 at night which we found a little late.

We liked everything. The bartender in particular was well informed and discussed life/politics in Melilla at length. The staff at the front desk happily answered any questions. Maids were most obliging. We were happy to have a porch, and meals were delightful and nutritious.

Nice and convenient. Although beds are a bit small, they are comfortable.

All over was okay. Just bed sheets did not change it at all in that 5 nights. Really upset me.😤

Hotel is very old. not clean, room smell, and breakfast is almost noting staff not client orient and not at all professional.

Good basic hotel, clean and in a great location ear to the town centre and harbour.

Al llegar no tenían constancia de la reserva pero al enseñarle la factura hice el check in sin problemas, el hotel está bien.
