Although I didn't stay in the original room at El Hotel due to operational constraints at the time, the hotel offered an extraordinary option: relocation to a neighboring hotel with services likely comparable to El Hotel. I'm sure El Hotel's service is also excellent and excellent. El Hotel is truly excellent, and I wish them continued success in the future.

The hotel location is very strategic, very close to Braga City Walk, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are functioning well, the gym facilities are complete and clean, the children really enjoyed the swimming pool, the breakfast is very varied and delicious.

The location is okay, coincidentally there was an event at the church next to the hotel, but next time the receptionist should inform us that the room is at the far end from the elevator, the soundproofing of the room is also lacking.

My stay at El Hotel Bandung was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with a wide variety of menu items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is strategic, close to Braga and the city center. One caveat: the sound of trains can sometimes be heard at night. Overall, highly recommended.

My second stay here, this time I stayed in a deluxe room, the room was spacious but the view wasn't great, which was a shame. The swimming pool was my favorite area, it's close to Braga, just a 5-minute walk, the hotel staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was fast. I'll be back again if I go on holiday to Bandung, hopefully I can get the condotel at a promotional price.
