This review is all you will need if you want to stay here. Room and condition - 1/10. My room had a very temperamental air con that didn’t manage to cool the room down as much as it should. The bed is dreadful! If you value comfort, a soft(ish) bed that you can get a good nights sleep in then good luck. You won’t find it here. My back is in a lot of pain from the 5 night stay at this hotel. Let’s all cross our hands and feet and hope my masseuse can fix this. There is a small fridge in the room but it is not self catering by any means. No kettle. No mugs/coffee or tea. The room looked nothing like the pictures used on Expedia, I had a bright white and lime green room, genuinely dreadful to wake up to every morning. The street is SO LOUD! Every night you will hear loud bikes passing the hotel and sounds like there in the bedroom with you. The horse rides up and down the street and the screeching of the chairs on the floor above or next room over. Honestly sickening. Food - I can’t comment on because I didn’t try it, but the options in the surrounding area are not great, although there is plenty of restaurants many of them were full to the brim at the time you would like to eat and you will be waiting in the boiling sun. Fast food was quite fast so that’s a plus. I had a lot of takeaway as you can imagine. Cleanliness of the hotel itself is adequate but I did see dirty areas, the walls need a lick of paint. Surrounding areas - 0/10, the staff were not welcoming.

Muito abaixo da expectativa. Quartos ruins, alimentação e atendimento sofríveis, padrão DUAS ESTRELAS. A geladeira não funcionava, televisão pequena, colchão e travesseiros muito ruins. Enfim, um local não é aprazível e ainda cobram caro por estacionamento numa área quase pública e sem movimento. Uma péssima experiência!

Really nice hotel check in is very slow

Great stay. Staff were fantastic, early check in and top floor with a nice view. Food was good, the gym was well equipped. I even ended up extending my stay. Recommended

Had a really good stay with couple of my friends. Staff are friendly and hotel is very decent for what you pay for. A few improvements is perhaps offering an iron in rooms as well as supplying plastic cups and water bottles.

Nice hotel as it was very quiet restaurant was a little limited on choice at dinner , very good breakfast ( nice soft eggs). The room needs atention in bathroom black silicon and floor in bedroom is comming up. Great health club.

Very loud traffic noise if staying on front if hotel and foot traffic in above room. All floors are vinyl so you hear every footstep and dropping of things above you, especially when they wear shoes at 7am. Tv is basically a computer monitor, tiny , and wifi kept cutting out, even with basic email. Pool area and breakfast are very nice. No chairs or table on balcony. No shampoo, just liquid soap in shower. There was very loud drilling or grinding one day in room across from mine. After one hour went to front desk and asked to move rooms if they are doing work. She said nothing was taking place in room. I said door to room is open, very loud noise and workers coming in and out. She said no, I was wrong. She made a call and realized oh yeah, there was loud maintenance work going on. She still wouldn't switch me rooms and said it was only going to last a few more hours. Don't tell me I'm imagining things and it isn't hard to switch rooms. Very poor customer service.

Nice indoor pool, but cold. Good balcony but no furniture, just two cement benches on either side. Noise from front street can be loud, I am on second floor, traffic noise started around 7am. Wifi is VERY slow, even basic tasks like email buffer for awhile. Nice large lobby and very good breakfast buffet. Mattresses are quite hard, no shampoo in shower, just liquid soap. Close to shopping and beach, walkable. Rainfall shower with additional handheld unit, good amount of hot water.

Es la segunda vez que estuve en el hotel con mi pareja. La verdad que esta muy bien y el personal es super agradable la cual intentan solucionar cualquier duda que tienes. Estuvimos en la zona de SPA y nos salimos renovados de alli. Super bien. Maria y Margarida las recepcionistas son muy agradable y amable.en general todos en el hotel .Gracias por todo . Seguro volveremos.

Food was cold at each breakfast, breakfast staff didn't do their job.checking when things ran out.which was all the time ! I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR THIS LOUSY BREAKFAST ! I feel cheated !

Very quiet room and really comfortable. I just wanted a comfortable room to relax and recharge. I didn't use the pool or general amenities. Staff very friendly. I'd definitely stay again if in Monte Gordo

Al llegar al hotel hubo q dejar el coche en un parking regulado por pago por horas, que nos obligaba a estar pendientes de pagar cada 3 o 4 horas, lo que nos impidió disfrutar de lo que se hacía en casa momento. El hotel tenía plaza de parking, pero decía que no hacían reserva. Cada día tenías que preguntar por si algún cliente se iba y dejaba una plaza, en ese momento, pero ya había alguien que llegando al hotel en ese mismo momento, estaba esperando en recepción para ocuparla... Al darnos habitación en la última planta, a veces no llegaba el agua caliente, otras veces no había presión del agua fría y no salía agua ni del lavabo ni de la ducha... El buffet muy muy escaso. De hecho, había una mesa del buffet, que estaba sin usar, y otra se usaba a medias o, si estaba completa, era porque se repetían las mismas bandejas de comida. La piscina tenía agua templada, por lo que se agradecía, sobre todo por las tardes. Los camareros del buffet muy serviciales.
